Loved the dress and cardi you were wearing. You’ve inspired me to have a go at knitting a cardi. Never made a knitted garment before. Found what they call a simple pattern in Prima magazine so will give it a go. Looking forward to the shop update this evening. Just hope I get a basket and large bag in time. I used to work in Windsor and from my window I used to watch Prince Philip drive out in his carriage each ,morning, so when I saw his horses and carriage standing in tribute on Saturday the tissues were in full use. I love the sound of the teddies slowly getting dressed for Christmas - you should definitely do that.
I loved your cardigan sooo much! It's beautiful!! I love the colors you did and especially the black bunnies. It's a wonderful memory for you to have of your sweet bunny. I also watched the funeral for the Duke of Edinburgh. Seeing the hat and gloves, the Range Rover the casket was in, and then the letter from the Queen, was so touching. I don't know how you could watch it and not feel the grief of a family losing a dear loved one. Seeing the Queen alone was heartbreaking. I'm glad I was able to watch it. Some of the news channels that recorded it talked so much I had to change!! Just simply say what's important and don't make up stuff about how someone is feeling! I had to watch it the next morning because I'm in the U.S. and was finally able to find a good version of the complete funeral. Both of your socks you are making are so pretty! The yarn and pattern in yours is amazing! I also love your bags sooo much! It's hard to get any when you are in my time zone. You are so talented! I love them allllllll and your sweet bears lol. Your sweater that shrunk is lovely! Maybe make a small bag out of it for knitting your socks! I make a lot of crocheted bags for knitting small items. I will see you in a few weeks. Have fun!! Yes I watched Prince Phillip's funeral. Had to set my alarm for 6am because of the time difference. I thought it was exactly what he would have liked except for the Queen having to sit by herself. She looked so lonely. You would have thought that one of the others would be in her bubble! Love your naughty bears. I have a friend Trixxie with two xx that tells you she's naughty! I think it will be so special to unwrap a six-day advent calendar and welcome a new member of the family at this most wonderful time of the year! Just like you, I watched the Duke of Edinburgh’s funerals and cried ... the music and singing, the utter respect and dignity in the conduct of everyone involved in the ceremony, the personal wishes fulfilled, the beautiful filming and journalists’ comments made it unforgettable. In a peculiar way, the current situation probably gave the Royal family the opportunity to have a more privately scaled ceremony and after giving so much to the country for so long, they most certainly deserved to be able to do so ... With loads of hugs from North Yorkshire 🧶🐾🤗

I bought some at hobby lobby Patons kory sock yarn .I made my first sock .I was so excited to be able to knit a sock.I always wanted to try to knit socks .I love how excited you get about your socks it made me want to make them . The sock was a plain vanilla sock it fit just right except I think I made the foot a little short. I check every day to see if you have posted a new video.

I think the advent bear is a great idea maybe instead of sending out the clothes in six seprate packages (which could get costly) you could wrap them up in six little presents for the bear saying what day or order to open, and send them with the bear.(just an idea,) and i love your project bags very beautiful. love to you and the family

Make a pillow out of the shrunken sweater! I love the idea of the Advent Bears, I would send everything in one package but separate bags inside marked with day 1-7 to save you some postage issues during the holidays.

I think next week the government is going to review the rates but the good weather and a national holiday next week isn't going to help. I'm happy to work from home and knit 🤣😘

I think the advent bear is a great idea maybe instead of sending out the clothes in six seprate packages (which could get costly) you could wrap them up in six little presents for the bear saying what day or order to open, and send them with the bear.(just an idea,) and i love your project bags very beautiful. love to you and the family

Make a pillow out of the shrunken sweater! I love the idea of the Advent Bears, I would send everything in one package but separate bags inside marked with day 1-7 to save you some postage issues during the holidays.

@@stitchedbymrsd6754 no Paula, unfortunately our cases are still rising and the last press announcement said our hospitals are worse than the 1st wave. I think next week the government is going to review the rates but the good weather and a national holiday next week isn't going to help. I'm happy to work from home and knit 🤣😘
