Just came across sweet potato flour being gluten free (online).. amazing and now here is your wonderful video on making the flour. Thank you so much for posting the oven dry method as I do not have a dehydrator. Will def. be trying this.

I haven’t had purple fleshed sweet potatoes before but I’d love to try it out someday. It would make for a nice swallow with soup.

It’s actually delicious on its own. I feel it’s too expensive to use as swallow. Maybe someday I will try it as swallow.

I’m sure you can fry it on the sun if it gets hot enough where you are. Definitely sweet potatoes are great for babies
