Buchymix is overrated (they invested heavily on celebrity advertising) because ours is a 3rd world country, with many low end devices. When you put in a little extra effort, it seem special because nobody is doing anything. I ordered a Buchymix, with issues of protracted delay. I literally had to dig out my package from the courier company. Buchymix (like most Nigerian companies 😢) customer service is horrible. Very nonchalant people.

I might brave it and try pressure canning using my own pressure cooker. Pressure canners are quite expensive so might just brave it 😂
They are so expensive and difficult to get in the UK. I’ve pressure canned brown beans and a few other meals just to see how it goes using my pressure cooker.
@@mekashealingjourney I was just thinking about canning beans yesterday. I will give it a try. Another thing I have been looking into is how to water bath a lot more items than just tomatoes as the Amish have done this for centuries without a pressure canner. Experimenting is fun. On another note, I tried your recipe on cooking beans with pumpkin and my family absolutely loved it. Never thought of mashing pumpkin into beans before. It’s now a favourite in our household. Keep being amazing.

Hi Meka. I would like to try your combinations of fruit and vegetables. What exactly are they? I tried to figure out and follow your steps in this video. Can you tell me?
Hi @bbirdine I usually add Macca, baobab, tiny kombu kelp (seaweed), and flaxseeds I use some fruits depending on what I have available. Mangoes, pineapple, avocados, bananas. The greens should be more than the fruits I hope this helps.

It could last up to a year. But usually I use it in batches and keep the unused ones in the fridge

I’m glad you like juicing. Yes the Angel Juicer requires a lot of dexterity and is not very ergonomic. Happy juicing ❤️
