Add more tention on your cable to gradually turn barrel adjust Anti clock wise otherwise u can also do unscrew the cable and follow this process carefully as shown as this video

Front ka 3rd gear and rear ka 1 gear me chain rubbing hoti hai ya mere he cycle mai koi problem hai
