सबसे घटिया कम्पनी कैरियर । नया एसी लिया ।पहले ही दिन 37000 का एसी लिया और ईरर आ गया । कस्टमर केयर को फोन किया फिर 3 दिन में इंजीनियर आया उसके बाद बोला की PCB बदलना पड़ेगा जो 7 दिन में आ जाएगा । उसके बाद 20 दिन हो गए कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला । रिजनल मैनेजर से लेकर हेड ऑफीस तक बात किया बस सब यही बोलते हैं PCB अभी नहीं आया है । अब क्या करूँ । दुकानदार वापस लेने को नहीं बोल रहा ।

Awesome AC, Outdoor fan is very strong , hybrid jet technology is innovative. cooling is so good ( 22c at Lg window = 24c at carrier split ) . Service is ok , (Hitachi , Daikin, O general and Carrier ) all use same service center for servicing . Build quality is ok . Electricity consumption is 3 unit for 8 hrs @ 24c for 120 sqft . Remote is bad , makes sound every time you make change in current setting . No lcd panel on IDU and No mercury in remote ( hard to find remote in night and no wall stand ) .Only vertical swing in 3 star Ac , Manually adjustable horizontal swing Blade, can not see current room temp . 1+4 extended warranty is only when you get 2 servicing yearly from carrier ( 699 + GST ) . If looking for cooling than certainly consider it .

I am using it .. 2 years back I purchased the one with cylinder compressor ... but my experience is worst .... I am from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) there is no direct support from carrier here
Worst AC is carrier. दुनिया का सबसे कबाड़ AC है कैरियर मैं फ्री में भी ना लूँ। जबसे लिया है तब से परेशान हू कभी pcb बदलवाना पड़ा कभी एक महीने में ही कम्प्रेशर खराब हो गया / कम्पलेन करने के 30 दिन बाद ठीक हुआ रोज 10 बार फोन करने पर । फिर से कूलिंग देना बंद कर दिया ।

Their after service is pathetic. Noida me rahta hu 4 months ho gye pta ni kon sa sensor khrab hua ha inke official bi theek ni kr pare. It's just a showpiece now worth Rs 35000. Ghutne ghisa diya inhone req kr kr ke lekin koi feedback ni ha. Glti se bi mtt lo go for some other brands with good after service.
