O General ए सी ही बेस्ट है मेने 2010 मे 1.5 T परचेस किया था ज्यादा सर्विस भी नही किया चार या पांच बार शायद, लेकिन कूलीग और AC का performance भाइयों 1 नंबर आज भी, और AC ब्रांड से महंगा होता है लेकिन सर्विस टाईम पर करें या ना करें फिर भी O General AC 15 से 25 साल तक आराम से चलता है. आपका पैसा चार गुना वसुल कर के देता है

Hello, I need to know. 200 sqft room (10ft height), direct sunlight on rooftop, will o general 1.5 ton be enough? or should I go for 2 ton instead? 1.5 ton is hard to afford on it's own, but will 1.5 ton be good enough for the long run? or should have to buy 2 ton only? Without AC room temp goes 40+.

Me har kisi ko o general ki suggested karta hu, thoda rate to high he, lekin cooling powerful he, jiska koi jawaw nahi he, lekin kuch ac me kamiya to ho hi jati he, ab company koi bekar machine to bana nai rahi, 100 piece me 1 ya 2 peace damage ho hi jate he, ye to har company me hota he, aur sabse badi bat o general ka ac jo buy karta he wo power saving nahi dekta jab company machine acchi bana rahi he to cooling world ki no 1 he , to fir power saving se kaisa samjota.

Your review is spot on. Thank you. I recently purchased an O'General window AC 1.5 ton, placed many calls to their toll free number of customer care but the calls are never answered. I also wrote e-mails and sent messages on their WhatsApp number, but still no response from them in last 6 days..!!! These calls were for installation n some info only. I wonder what will happen when I'll require some warranty related help in future. Their website is also pathetic. God help me and other O'General users

Mandeep ji a.c. ke bare mein bahut kuch sun liya. Philhal corona ke mutallik room ko sterilise karna jaroori hai. Iske liye ultra violet light on three sides should be incorporated with a timer say 15 to 30 minutes. The a.c. should be installed so that only sterilisation should be affected and rhe people in the room should not look into the light. This will effectively destroy viruses and bacteria the filters are not enough. Further a heating mode will complete the all weather function of a weather machine. Such extra facilities will definitely improve the popularity of the machine.

Sir, o general got the worst consumer service. I bought the most expensive o general invertor ac last year for 65000/- and it worked for only one season. This season it did not even worked for one day. When i contacted the consumer service, they did not even replied to me for more than 10 days. When i approached the dealer, he said my warranty have expired and send some local mechanics to repair it. The mechanics said it can not be repaired and i have to sell the ac for 5000/-. Worst Ac worst service, lost 65000 in a year. Please never buy o general.

Sir mere paas ogeneral ka FATTA series ka 2ton ka split AC... Iski indoor unit coil 1 saal me hi kharab ho gayi... 2baar gas leakage hui.. uske baad unke service wale ne bola indoor kharab ho gayi n repair ni ho sakti .. and asked me to change the indoor unit .. poor quality

From the day of installation, the indoor unit makes all sounds that makes sleeping impossible.
Some two bolt at the corner are there ..repairing person or some skilled person will tight them...noise will go...I faced same problems

Mine ac is 17yrs old best in class cooling BUT it consumes almost 2unit in one hours in cool mode . In auto mode of 8hrs it comsumes 10units . Very much heavy on pocket
