If it tastes that type of great it usually means the food is drowning in out-of-proportion unhealthy things, which means one should rarely eat it. 3) He says he's full of flavor so he loves to make excuses for himself to over-eat unhealthy things, while eating is probably an addiction for him, a way to get through emotional stress. I'm just telling you what I've learned from my obese mother and her family of addicts, while I struggle with these things myself.
