This is my knife and it is absolutely overpriced, I still bought it. The reactions from people, when I show them this knife, easily make up for how much this was. It's the coolest, dumb knife I own.
Its not a dumb knife if it appeals to you!!! U got great taste in knives only people with shitty taste think differently

As a knife guy, Gun guy, car guy…guitar guy… you get to a point where unique is where it’s at. The warlock has always been on my must have list but I hate the production pocket clip and aluminum just gets messed up so easily.
What color scheme is that? I've been looking on their site, and I cannot find one that looks identical. Hands down, I love it. Would you eve consider selling it?
Love the Warlock, it's one of the designs that got me into knives. Ironically, have never gotten to handle one.

each anodized titanium warlock is a different price based on its color profile too lol the most expensive one I saw was 1000
You so eloquently described my feelings towards tactical knives. “Marketing.” To further spice it up, I believe the tactical market exists for the mall ninjas who have grown up and have more money now.
The only real "tactical"folders are the large/xl cold steel knives.
I would argue that the large XL Cold Steel folders are the MOST heavily marketed in this way

I just commented on the Warlock Standard version on another channel and that brought me here. I agree with you, most knife enthusiasts are mall ninjas. It's out of control and is quite comical. I have a modest collection of around 500 examples, but I'm a collector. I carry a Swiss Army SD and a Sypderco Manbug on my key ring and to be honest, I can't say I've ever used the toothpick or the tweezers! What I carry in my pocket since my keys are usually on my desk is a Kizer De L' Orme. For me it's the perfect blend of cost, materials, size and weight, fall shuttiness, and blade shape. So if I have to defend against a charging rhino, or a pack of secret agents down on Main Street, I guess I'm in trouble! And people, if you're living in the suburbs, leave the fire steel at home! LOL
i carry the gold titanium para and the price is expensive but if you want a cool knife that is gonna last a long time its worth it
Really sweet sound it makes when deploying and when closing. And I get attacked by a few ninjas every day , but I wouldn’t be using this to defend myself against them. I use string words and a stern look , maybe even a newspaper if things get really ugly.
You use string words to defend yourself?? Hell, I just start talking about string theory and they leave me alone
I bought a plain titanium one once I saw your initial thoughts video. Absolutely love the thing! Only problems I have are the uneven grind and shaking sounds. I personally went ahead and fixed my grind but I shouldn’t have to deal with that. My overpriced maraca quieted after some oil and works smoother. The last thing I want to point out is the scratched blade. Mine doesn’t have this and I assume it is because I never let it clamp shut until the blade is where I want it to be.
I passed of the rainbow ones but this looks much better than on BHQ, I did the starburst stonewashed.

I used to have one of the these, a blue one over here in Australia. I unfortunately lost it when I had people over to help me move house. Do you guys know a sneaky squirrel way of being able to import another one at all? They are really difficult to get through customs and I don't want to spend that much money just for it to get confiscated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want a knife that'll give you a "tactical advantage" get a fixed blade. Balisongs and gravity knives are fun and flashy and might have an intimidation factor, but if it's a situation where you need speed and reliability, fixed blade will always win
Yep, Ex LEO here and we only carried small fix blades. K Bar mostly, because we were all cheap. LOL
Thanks for having the honesty and insight that so many reviewers seem to lack - "We're bored!" - I couldn't agree more. Carrying something for defending yourself is not always a silly idea, but the amount of time and energy some people put into it blows my mind. I don't live in a very dangerous place so maybe four push daggers and a glock is just beyond what I personally need, but I suspect that is true for the vast majority of people comfortable enough in their lives to be watching a channel featuring knives costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
And frankly if you can comforably afford knives like this but live in an area so dangerous that you reasonably fear being assaulted to the point of needing to use a deadly weapon, maybe you should have a bit of a think about what is causing that problem and examine the way wealth is distributed in your society...

Sorry for the second comment but it just occured to me that really, a fetish for 'super steels' is mostly just an advertisement for your own laziness. If the knife will stay sharp for a day's work and you are capable of sharpening it (which is also much easier on "worse" steels) then it'll work great. I think even 8CR and AUS8 are maligned more than they deserve, sure they're crap but the non-knife channels are all advertising the stuffing out of those kamikoto bits of rubbish and those are 420J2...

I live in Indiana and absolutely despise Indiana but on the other hand the only knives illegal in Indiana are ballistic knives which I believe are illegal everywhere in the US and throwing stars which I think is ridiculous because unless you know what you're doing and have a well balanced sharp throwing star the chances are it's just going to bounce off of target making said target angry😄

@@billsykes75 you shouldn't spend your money with companies who steal designs. I can completely understand not having a budget that will support the real thing, but you can find thousands of original designs out there that cost substantially less. Don't buy clones.
@@metal_complex I agree again but remember Im in the UK so its always a gamble as to what arrives and what gets seized by Customs and for something I can't even carry I would rather lose $40 than $250 or God Forbid $700...Though I will say this, Since Covid I have had lots of Cool (prohibited;-) knives seized because for some reason they were diverting through the Netherlands which as Im sure You're aware is a major drug exporting country and everything coming from there to the UK gets searched so I lost lots of knives, I got refunded but also had several visits from the Police so ended up refraining from ordering anymore Auto's and Bali's etc. ...Perhaps mail shipped directly from the States to the UK would be a safer gamble but like I said I don't have those type of funds for something I can only carry indoors lol...I have been concentrating on collecting UK legal carry knives since, There are some nice ones but lets be honest they are pretty boring as fuck, Man I hate My Govt and there pussy pointless noncensical weapon laws, You guys don't realize how lucky You have it, TRUST..!!!:-)
