So you're basically saying you should have a slightly open stance. This is how I hit fades. I do the opposite and aim my stance to the right and get more accurate draws. This technique is dependent on the grip strength and swing path of the individual
Why would you put balls on your stance if you already have a stick for your stance ? I personally prefer balls or tees for the stance, using one stick for the target
It helps to have a friend lightly hold your head so that it stops you from lifting your head. I did this a lot starting out and that assistance helped a lot to break the habit

I feel like this isn’t that great for real match play. Like, how do you even know the right distance between the parallel sticks? You can be setting yourself up for different form every time you’re at the driving range.
Setup is the most important part because if it is not made properly everything doesn't matter! But there is something also important before setup up: ATTITUDE!
i went to a ranger earlier and it was kinda sad there because it was a dirt patch in the section i played but i got a few good hits because of a tee. that was my first time even hitting a real one not just little putts

If the 1st stick is on the target line, and the second is "slightly left" of the target, the 2 sticks are not "now parallel." Stick 2 is creating a slightly open stance, works for some, promotes a slice for most. I setup with stick 2 slightly right of the target line, helps me get inside out. In fact, that is the line he is actually standing on when he is ball striking with the sticks, and even more so when they are removed. I would recommend his actual alignment, not the narrative.

I used to hit around 200-250, but after this tip, I can hit out to 500 yards within 1 arcsec of my target 99.9% of the time.
