Absolutely perfect in almost every way. The only problem is we can't see what the exterior looks like. The only thing I'd change is a private water closet in the master bath area and take out the dining room window and replace it with glass slides with inside the door blinds leading to a rear deck.

Oh my gosh! That Austin stone, wood burning fireplace with the mantle and bookshelves 🥰😍🤩😘😘😘 This house is fabulous. Pendent lights, desk, bathroom, laundry room are all fabulous. Not crazy about some of the decor, counters look cheap & not sure the back splash matches. I would prefer double long windows in all the bedrooms and a screened in porch, which I am sure is not a problem to add for more $$.
The Office Area and Mud Room off the Side Entrance are Excellent Options....swap the Wood-burning Fireplace for a Ventless Propane Gas Log System, change the Kitchen Range ( but not the Oven) , Water Heater, and Seasonal Heating System over to Gas/Propane, add an Outdoor Kitchen/Barbecue Area connected to a Carport/Shop/Summer Kitchen/Heavy Duty Like Laundry/Storm Shelter/Livestock Care-Tack-Supply Shed........

Put a free standing soaking tub in the master bath instead of the one in this one and it would be perfect! I also love how you blended in with the dark blue cabinets lol . Only you Mr.Tiny ❤. Love your videos .

I would do french doors in the dining room to go out onto the back deck. An led fireplace instead of wood. In the master bath instead of a bathtub, a big walk-in shower with a seat and the toilet in a room with a door. A door that leads from the master bedroom to the outside onto the wrap-around deck. I like the big utility room but need to reconfigure it to also fit the big dog crate. Out the door of the utility room, I would also like a carport and a tornado shelter. I saw this in another one of his videos and they included it in the price of the house. That's where I got the idea.
After watching many TH-cam Video's on Modular/Manufacture homes this is the 1st one I would consider buying! Only 2 changes I would make,, change the beige paint to gray, and mirror the master bathroom to the guest bath. I wish I had the money today to buy. I love it.

I like that the other bedrooms are away from the master. Just add a pantry and put the microwave underneath--like in a slide out drawer and you've got a sale.
I love the desk area and the master closet well done.
Love it. I would get it without the fireplace. I would want to put in my own entertainment center, plus I don't like that, sitting in the front row of a movie theater, feeling. And, I would want sliding glass doors in the dining area going out onto a deck instead of the windows. But, overall, I love the layout, the mud room is on point.

Hello Mr Tiny I just love the homes you guys showcase they are absolutely gorgeous and affordable and I wouldn't change a thang about neither one I've seen but I'm a poor unfortunate woman who has fallen down that rabbit hole of pandora and it saddens my knowing that I'll never be able to live in one but keep up the awesome work you do a fantastic job all the home have made an appearance in my dreams and you guys its like ya'll were there in my dream lol but I love every last one of them and I know everyone who has purchased one are enjoying the hell out of them I know I would 💯💞💕 nothing but 💓 they are all my dream home just respect for all you guys are doing
