This is the most beautiful manufactured home on the market. It is economical and gives you everything you could possibly need in a small manufactured home. PERFECT!
Blown away by the actual functional wood-burning fireplace. I mean this is a real serious upgrade. The detail work on the individual doors of every bedroom is also a nice touch. The space for the small dining room table off the kitchen is perfect for a small family/retired couple
This home does not seem like a manufactured home. I like the accent color! I also like that you enter into a separate living area. Very well designed. You didn’t even have to bang on the closet shelving to convince us that it was real wood. Excellent tour. Thank you for sharing this model with us.

So grateful to see beautiful homes that are affordable for those of us who havent hit the lotto yet lol. But seriously for people on a limited income, these homes are a God send! I feel the same way about the water heater I'm a female as well but that thing went bad well just to get to it you'd have to unload your closet well that's not the worst thing my thing is more if it leaked and be right there on all your clothes so I don't know why you couldn't put that in the utility room in a little bit different away from the closet I'm sure it could be done anything can be done if you're willing to pay for it
Love the laundry room and fireplace but that deep bathtub is the bomb. For anyone that needs a little place to live with extra room, I think this is perfect. The USB chargers are essential, too. It is the little details that make a home perfect.

(In a perfect world it would be 2BR 2BA duplicate master suites with a half bath for guests. But we know Mr Tiny reads these comments & he might eventually hook me up 🙂)

I really enjoyed seeing this beautiful Armstrong home. I would probably have sliding doors in the dining room, blinds between the glass windows and stainless steel appliances. This is exactly the kind of home I definitely need and want to live in. Everything is on one floor. I also know that this home was shown a year ago, but it's definitely worth the money to be able to afford this home.
There's nothing left out of this model!!! Huge Living, dining and laundry room! That bedroom on the other side is almost a 2 nd master. Great floor plan!

I liked how the toilet in the “guest” section was away from the tub. One of my pet peeves is how, it seems to be a standard for the toilet to be right next to the tub. Taken a nice relaxing bath and look over at the “shitter”, so much for relaxing.
