Vasuki is from a more basal family of snakes called madtsoians, whereas Titanoboa is as its name suggests a member of the family including Boas and Anacondas and since apparently it was likely semi-aquatic, it was probably also an Anaconda and not a Boa contrary to its name, meaning it had water to support more bulk and unlike sea snakes wouldn't be subject to much predation so wouldn't have much reason to be nimble.

@@mohitupadhyay9513 not likely, there are usually telltale signs that paleontologists can find to determine the animal's age and barring any such signs being found it's not sound to suggest that to be the case, especially when the animal is very large and the supposed adult size that emerged from that would be absolutely insane and unprecedented.
