Sure, if he catch me, but theres no way hes winning a war of attricion, that blue has shown very capable of fighting... it comes down to critical hits delivering damage, and I see a faster creature (with enough force to deliver a fatal blow) to be a greater threat... this is likely why raptors in general trimmed down frpm the larger species they began from. I think achillobater would take out blue at a medium difficulty, yes blue is agile and has fought larger dinosaurs, but achillo isn't big enough for her to pounce on its back and get an advantage, she would have to fight face to face, and the larger raptor would probably win that. And the achillos feathers would help deflect blues claws and some bites, and with its biteforce it would clearly break blues arms or suffocate her if it did grab her throat

In this case it seems to be that being smaller gives the achillo and edge against blue who is used to fighting large things by getting on their back.
