Mike, I'm an Old Fart who flew back in the 70's and 80's. Every time I watch one of your videos, you inspire me and pump me up to get off my butt and have some fun. I have a friend with a Cessna R182 Skylane. I called him up, said lets fly, so we did! Thanks for inspiring me to get back into something I love to do. God bless and stay safe.

Your ability to take technical, high level info, break it down and teach for a layman all the while making it as suspenseful as a Quentin Tarantino movie. Carl Sagan was able to break down the cosmos for us. Your doing the same with aeronautical engineering and manufacturing. BRAVO!!!!!
And Ron!!!, thank you for your continued efforts and abilities. I know these videos would not make it as frequent nor as thorough without your help. Every mad scientist needs an additional mind to keep them grounded and focused on the task at hand. You guys are great!

Mike, you're a crazy man. I like it! I particularly admire your ability to see the fix to a problem that has not yet arisen (but that surely will without that forethought) and make a part that solves the problem and looks good doing it! Awesome!

She packed my bags last night pre-flight
      Zero hour 9:00 a.m.
      And I'm gonna be high
      As a kite by then
I miss the Earth so much I miss my wife
      It's lonely out in space
      On such a timeless flight
And I think it's gonna be a long, long time
'Til touchdown brings me 'round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
      Oh, no, no, no
      I'm a rocket man
Rocket man, burning out his fuse up here alone
And I think it's gonna be a long, long time
'Til touchdown brings me 'round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
      Oh, no, no, no
      I'm a rocket man
Rocket man, burning out his fuse up here alone
Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids
In fact it's cold as hell
And there's no one there to raise them
      If you did
      And all this science
      I don't understand…

Seems like a shame to cover that engine with a cowl. Be cool to have some windows in it if you have any leftover material. Supercar style to show the heart of the beast.

Watching Mike at work departing knowledge on engines, parts, nitrous, voltage ⚡, carbon fibre design and manufacture etc etc etc etc, could give us some insight into what it could have been like back in the early 40 s with Oppenheimers team. The energy of smart people creating things and testing them under secrecy to create unimaginable energy. Mike you are an amazing gifted and talented person. Wow. I wonder if it really dawns on us all just what we are watching being created here. It's special. And we have it on file to refer back to again and again. 🤔✈📹✔🤓
