  • Join me in this adrenaline-pumping session where I hit the streets to show that age is no barrier to aggressive inline skating! At 49, I'm still pushing the limits, grinding and spinning on handrails and ledges with the same passion and skill as ever. This video is all about inspiring every skater, young or old, to never give up on their passion for skating. Watch as I defy expectations and showcase that with dedication and determination, you can continue to thrive in this exhilarating sport, no matter your age. Get ready for some high-flying action and motivation to keep rolling forward!

    Nice stuff! I subscribed to your channel. I'm 46 and I just started last year. I'm still scared to jump down two stairs, so you're really motivating me, haha. Stay safe! 💚

      Hey thanks a lot for subscribing and welcome on board, my friend. I am really happy that I've motivated you somehow. I feel accomplished cuz that's my goal.
      Man just the fact that, you started aggressive inline skating at 46 is impressive 👏. I don't think I could do that. Let's go! You, too, brother. Stay safe and enjoy the process cuz there is where the fun is.

    i used to skate when i was a teenager. We were the first generation of stunt skaters when Inline Skates came out and it was a phenomenal time. All the great skaters like Arlo used to push the limit on a daily base. Already browsing the web for my new Skate iam going to buy. Even if its just a mid life crisis, i´ll take it. Thanks for your great Video. Still rockin, you´re in good shape. Stay safe and have fun !!! :) Greetings from Germany

      Same boat here. I started skating when I was a kid, and Eisenberg's in Plano Tx was my second home for years. I'm 35 now and just ordered a pair of Them 909s yesterday, and I can't wait to get them in and start skating again.

      Hey, thanks for sharing it. 👍
      I started skating in 1994 after watching Arlo doing a soul grind on a drop rail at a bridge. It was mind blowing.
      Welcome back to the skate scene, man. The skates now are 200% better than the ones in the 90s. You are definitely gonna like them. Thanks for your kind words and for your support. It means a lot. Have a good one.

    Incredible moves my man!! Any tips for a few exercises to help range of motion, or to soften impact from tall jumps? Feel like my front hips are just weak and sore a lot.
    Anyways cheers to you for being awesome 😎

    • @EugeneDiniz
      @EugeneDiniz  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks a lot! I appreciate the kind words. For improving range of motion and softening impact from tall jumps, I recommend incorporating a simple home workout routine about three times a week. Start with an easy warm-up like stretching and high knees. Then move on to exercises like pushups, pull-ups, lunges, mountain climbers, and plank. These exercises can help strengthen your hips and overall body. Remember to listen to your body and progress gradually. Cheers to staying strong and enjoying the ride! 🛼💪

    QUESTION: I’ve just gotten back into agressive skating since 2002, why is every video I see on here focused on just doing grinds? I miss high air gaps, spins, tricks in the air… why is that really not relevant anymore?

    • @EugeneDiniz
      @EugeneDiniz  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey man, thanks for checking out my videos and for this great question. I also love big gaps, high airs, and spins. I stopped doing them a while ago. Once in a while, I do one or two, but no more than that.
      The reason is that I had back surgery and I wasn't even supposed to keep skating. It is actually a sort of miracle that I am still able to skate.
      For instance, I did a sweatstance to 360 out on a drop rail in my last video and due to that trick, I haven't had a skate session for almost three weeks.
      So, I don't do big gaps and high jumps due to a herniated disk.
