There are roads almost everywhere in AZ. If you have a side by side you can practically go anywhere on a road/trail. I roll a 93' wrangler to get to the tuff spots and a Ram 1500 4x4 for 60% of the main roads and dirt trails. HUGE: there is this thing called "Arizona pin stripping" and for avid off-roaders, you know exactly what this is. Do NOT bring a vehicle that cannot get scratches. You will have cactus, branches with sharp thorns, and some of the toughest plants you've ever encountered saying hello to your paint job.
In regards to the OTC reporting system and if it is still open or closed. As far as I am aware they update their numbers every WEDNESDAY and you will need to check every Thursday before hunting. They figured in the middle of the week was the best timing since most OTC hunters do weekend trips. Happy Hunting!
Good luck out there. Always been a tough hunt but one of my favorite hunts of the year! Super fun and challenging!

Going to be a bad ass series!
Thanks for sharing. I can't wait for the new series. Question, Is AZ OTC archery only?
Yes
Only for deer.

They update how many deer have been killed daily, and the season closes the following Wednesday after the quota is met.
