Only up to one nonresident tag is issued for the whole state per year in the normal draw. In other words either zero or one non resident tag will be issued total (for all three species combined, not one per species).

You can't use AO tag in A22. you might want to call a Game Warden. Last SD game warden I spoke to, said A22 is A22 and that you can't use a AO tag in that area
