How to make Easy Manjali Chicken Biryani
FOR CHICKEN MASALA

chicken - 1 nos (11/2 kg)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 2 tbs
salt( according to taste )
Pepper powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4 - 1 tbs
Vinegar - 1 tbs
garlic paste - 1 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
Water- 1 Cup

Big onion ( Sliced ) - 4 nos
green chillies - 2 - 4 nos
salt( according to taste )
ginger paste - 1 1/2 tbs
garlic paste- 1 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4 - 11/4 tbs
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tbs
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
TOMATO - 2 nos
Coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
Chicken Gravy - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
FOR RICE

kaima rice - 3 Cup
Water - 4 1/2 Cup
bay leaves - 4 nos
CinnamoN - 1 Pieces
Cardamon - 6 nos
Cloves - 6 nos
Caraway Seeds( Shahjeera) - 1 tsp
Ghee - 3 tbs
Refined oil - 3 tbs
Carrot ( Grated ) - 1/2 Cup
Pine apple - 1/2 Cup
Refined oil - ( For frying )
Big onion - 1 Cup
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
raisins - 25 gms
