Hi, I have a problem with the Epson R2000. It prints single sheets, but when I put the 30 cm roll of DTF in it tells me that the letter is finished or the support is not properly placed. In the R1800 I had no problem, but with this one I am having problems. I appreciate the help.

Question. Have you ever converted a Epson 7720 foe sublimation. If so, did you remove the rollers too🤔. Cause those pizza wheels killing me. I keep trying to clean them but 2 prints later… they’re back🤬
Yes I converted my WF 7720 to sublimation but no I never removed the rollers I just have to clean rollers🤦🏿♀️
Turn off High Speed...pizza wheels will go away...I have the same printer

What need to be done if you find a printer without the print head? If you have to buy a new print head is it worth buying the printer ?
In my opinion it wouldn't be worth it I would try to find a printer with the print head already

Hi I don't know if the conversion is exactly the same but it should be similar being that the model numbers are so close but I got my refillable carts from inkowl

What happened to the xp15000? I'm thinking about getting in to dtf. Is this printer better? Or is it easier to work with. I can only do so much with this sublimation.
I did not like the 15000 I like this one a lot better this is the r2880

Yes I think it's better it's easier to maintain and you don't need chipless firmware to run it and it's a lot more consistent

I don't think so it's only Epson as far as I Know
It make you think tho because it has GY and LGY INK slots could those be converted to white ink
I think you would need a rip software to be compatible with the printer
Is there any universal rips you know of. I mean this could be big in discovering and I can't figure out how or where to start alone just got ideas on it can possibly be done if any ideas let me know because I feel we can convert the GY and the LGY INKS to white n a rip should be able to
I have the printer where did you get the rest of the supplies? You have to coat the back and cure it right?
Yes you have to cure the back once you add the powder ... Check out my DTF vendor list in the description 😎

You need inkchip firmware and don't update anything from epson
Probably there is no chipless software for 2880. Do you know where to find it?
