    Hello. Very good video for converting to DTF here till now I was seeing for L1800 printer and the job for converting is little tough as a complete printer must be open. But P600 is simple job. But as you mentioned to buy ink pad tool with key, my question is did the Epson give or sell the software. Pls give reply.

    I just picked up a p600 for $20. The previous owner said it has a problem reading one of the inks so I’ll be trying to fix that first. But I’d be interested to know if you’re still using your p600 and is there anything I should be aware of when converting this model for dtf. I haven’t started dtf cuz I’m saving for the Acro rip program. I also have an r1900 that hasn’t been converted yet but has a clean printhead. Anywho I thank you for this video.

    Did you say you have to buy a key every time you run a clean??
    How much are the Keys?
    Also what type of ink are you using for the dtf prints? Plastisol ink? DuPont ink?

    • @Marc-io6pv
      @Marc-io6pv 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You buy a key every time the printer thinks it's full of waste ink. Depends on use and the amount of cleans you do.
      It's ink similar to DTG ink. Some seem to just use the same interchangeably.

      I don't agree with that. The surecolor p400 is compatible, for DTF and DyeSub, you can buy arc ciss , with white ink stirrer, or arc empty cartridges , install chip less and print away. If you meant the Waste Ink Tank. That's not a huge big deal. Whats impressive on his video is . The wheels assembly is easy to take out

    I ordered a XP-970 and then ordered a ciss tank system for that printer. I'm curious though about your waste tank redirect... can't you just remove the empty tank and use a chip resetter instead of getting new keys?

    • @fadeawayproject3166
      @fadeawayproject3166  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      So the best part about the Epson P600 is we wouldn't have to use a chip resetter, we use a Firmware bypass so the printer thinks the ink is always full. So keeping that in mind the waste tank is separate and having to tell the printer that it's not always full by using a key resetter for the waste tank/ ink pad to out perform its current factory settings/ setup. Hope that helps. Don't forget to subscribe. 🙂 thank you.

    Bro thank you so much for the informative videos!! and have some questions,
    WIC RESET TOOL have to have? i will buy the 2manual`s ones, if do these 2, I will have 2 keys?? or just use the program from WIC?
    and we will do the waste bottle for the printer with tips.
    and DTF pet film, single frosted side is cold peeling? or Double single no matter, just depends on pet film type?
    cuz we want warm peeling instead of cold, I ordered both but they don`t mention any info on the pet film.
    And where I can get the ink charge program? epson?
    thanks in advance!! ;)
    Could you make more videos with p800 and p600, please?

    • @Marc-io6pv
      @Marc-io6pv 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think the keys are one time use.
      Can't help you with the film types as I'd like to know myself but imagine just go off the sellers listing.
      One thing I think you should also add as I've just heard about it myself, is getting chipless firmare key. This will make the printer always 100% ink and not have to reset half way through printing which can be tiresome after a while keep pulling the carts one by one for them to reset if you have the auto reset carts.

    • @taehanlee4198

      @@taehanlee4198 Ink counters... You just wait for it to get full up and then use the reset key. You can check for free the ink waste counters on WIC. No point resetting them at like 45% huh.
      I've just put the printer potty into mine, have a ink pad reset key ready for when needed.
      Having a problem with chipless. It seems my P600 board is newer so I can use the 19.99 firmware chipless key. I have to get the 50 USD one.
      On the WIC program see if yours have the option for chipless carts as one of the tabs. If it does you can use the 19.99 one. If not it's chipless solutions 50 dollar version ://

    • @Marc-io6pv
      @Marc-io6pv 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@taehanlee4198 Read it again, bottle method I thought you meant the waste but do you mean CISS? If so and they'll have auto reset chips on the cartridges then I wouldn't bother going with chipless firmware.
      I have two Epson p600s and one I will use refillable small cartridges and go chipless. The other I'll just use CISS and see which I prefer.

      Do we have to use the cleaning solution at the first print? Cuz mine still on the way and I have most of set up, ink refillable cartridges, film powder heatpress, acrorip 10
      Except cleaning solution and converting.
      Do you have any idea of pizza roller and the cleaning solution? Should i just try?

      Update,
      I’ve found the pizza roller and it’s bit hard to taken out, have to break the roller holding parts and bend a bit because of I pushing it same time pull the aluminium part but looks ok, and chipless works, now need to wait for the cleaning solution to clean up.
