- Well this fantastic for £1 full of flavour, picked this up at B&M, i think it’s a new product as i haven’t seen it before, definitely have it again and worth a good solid 9/10

Hi Andy,wish we had curry sauce like that,I have no choice than make my own from scratch.Did you know Vindaloo was never a spicy curry back in Goa,when the Portuguese were the colonial power,it was a sour curry,the Portuguese were use to vinegar in their meat dishes,and the Indians had tamarind also sour.Traditionally pork was the meat used for vindaloo,much of Goa is Christian,and potatoes go into the dish.We have an excellent Indian restaurant chef/owner is from Goa,and his Vindaloo,is only a little spicy,as he makes it home style.😊
I knew about the Portuguese and the pork side of it, also something about the vinegar can’t remember I had seen an original recipe several years ago, but I never knew about the heat as I always assumed vindaloo was a hot curry, but that do sound very interesting

That looked good, I’ve just bought and tried some Carolina Reapers chillies, they give a nice kick, it said use half of chilli, but I put two in, it was okay, can’t find anything hot enough lately.

Definitely one of the best vindaloo sauces I have ever tried. Beats Patak's rubbish by a mile.

It from my local butcher i think it worked out around £11.80 per kg

It was good, yeah just put some chicken in it, I would have you chicken to be honest, it’s just that I had a little bit of lamb left over in the freezer 👍
£1.00 it’s hard to believe the lamb must’ve been that tender cooking it that long well done mate definitely one to keep as a stand by 👍👍👍

Nothing to with this video,but it was my 56 th birthday today so went out for a family meal,i don't often see my 21 year old daughter but always have my 14 year old son at the weekend,but my daughter dropped a bomb shell today she emagrating to Australia next year,not the sort of birthday surprise i was expecting 👍

Thought there wouldn't be enough sauce when you put it in but I was wrong, that looked great! Have you tried the spice taylor curry kits? The butter chicken is really nice (I added extra butter though 😄). They are quite expensive but think Aldi do a cheaper copy.
There was actually little bit of sauce left over, it was good, no i haven’t tried it yet but I’ll have a look thanks 👍

Hello Andy that curry sauce looks spot on mate. I might try it with some boneless chicken thighs at the weekend if I can find it in my local b&m. It's not worth the aggravation making the sauce from scratch for that money. The only thing I will add is some fresh coriander at the end and maybe a spoon of Greek yoghurt to bring down the heat a bit 🌶️🥵😁 . Cheers.
