@@sebastiangustavsson2210 The Tree Sentinel is what drives a lot of new players away because they think they HAVE to beat him when in reality it’s how the game tells you “You shouldn’t be fighting this enemy at your level unless you absolutely know what you’re doing”
@@deviantanomalyhe’s the teacher of Elden ring and it’s perfect. His Agro range is very close aswell so he only attacks if u walk up to him. Sad people get put off by it but this company has the balls to turn people away to be original
That shield bash AOE drove me crazy the first time I fought the Tree Sentinel lol. Respect for trying over and over again man, that’s what souls games are all about :D
Bro I didn’t learn how good jumping is for avoiding AoE like that until just a few months ago, and I played the whole game when it came out. Apparently when you jump your entire bottom half has invincibility frames and it lasts longer than a dodge roll, so it’s SUPER good for low to the ground attacks and AoE attacks. Timmy actually did it by accident a few times probably without even noticing
Yea it has two hit boxes so rolling it is really difficult

you can do that to them once you knock them off their horse. You can even do it to the knight Cavalry boss that spawns at night.

the sense of satisfaction from beating a boss in a souls game that is beating your ass for hours is unlike any other feeling in the world
