Growing up my mom make this delicious dish, and I haven’t made it in a year or so. The only difference between your recipe and hers (now mine) is the addition of cheddar cheese, she just used Parmesan. Next time, I will be adding cheddar as well. My remarks: similar recipe in layering ingredients with Greek dish Mousakkas. I would finish your tasty food with Béchamel sauce instead with more zucchini and complete with grated cheese as you did or with some scattered breadcrumbs‼️

And how is your Whiskey? I know he had troubles with his health too. I can see he's ok. I prayed God and asked him let Whiskey feel better. I love his eyes. They look so wise,so reasonable like the human's one. And the way he looks at your cooking with a big enthusiasm and curiosity and observe everything is something incredible! And when first time when I only subscribed on your channel I looked at Whiskey and I noticed that he never hurry to take your food from your hand first he looks always attentively at you and then only eats it. I was thinking why he is doing lile that? Because I know all dogs would eat it so fast from your hands but then after several my watching your channel in one your recipe I looked at Whiskey again and then I realised that he is a quite disciplined dog more intellectual than other dogs I would say, he just wait your approval and then only starts to eat! What a wise,smart dog! I guess he is your biggest fan and me too,Joel! ❤❤💋💋
Sure! We trained him from the puppy stage to refrain from eating food unless given a command. Living in a household where cooking is frequent, we believed it would be a wise decision. He still has big health issues but for now they are under control and he seems happy as normal. ❤❤

Courgettes and aubergines are so boring and tasteless unless you coat in batter and fry them, not particularly healthy. Unfortunately there's always an abundance of them in the garden in summer so I might just give this ago.
Maybe you're growing the wrong variety, they are not boring especially aubergines. Sadly these days they are mainly hydroponic and lose so much goodness unless you can grow your own. Either Way, hope you enjoy the dish. ❤
