    I needed a recipe to bring to work one night and couldn't decide what I wanted , turkey is the only meat I eat these days but I have been sick of sandwiches and turkey meatballs, so this came at the perfect time! Thanks again!

    The reason why your burgers kinda have a problem staying together is, in my opinion, is the type of bread crumbs you use. I also believe it’s also the type of turkey brand you use.
    Try using the Foster Farms brand, in the tray or try the Whole Foods brand at the meat counter.
    With regards to the bread crumbs, try using Kikkoman’s brand of bread crumbs. Like the bread crumbs they use for tempura shrimp. This should help your burgers stay together better while cooking.
    When forming the burgers into round, try laying out all your dough meat with your criteria of how thick you want your burgers, and use a coffee cup to make cut outs like if your making cookies. I hope this helps 😊

      I was going to also say, you might try to mix in that certain percentage of another meat considerations, like ground pork, etc. mixed with panko bread crumbs
      I’ve never tried this, but the flavor possibilities I wonder 🤔 💭

    Hey sista sista. We need to stay out of each other's kitchens🤭🤣🤣. I had the same exact thing except I made nachos. The way I keep my burgers together is by using water or for more flavor chicken stock and it won't come apart. That tube and tray had me🤣🤣😂😂. I thought I was the only one🤭😅. Keep 'em coming and God bless you

    Looking great. I'm not big on the "turkey " burger concept. With that lean of meat I'd probably cheat and mix in some beef or pork fat. I can already here some folks saying that defeats using turkey. Another thing that would be interesting would to use bacon fat that's cooled enough to mix in with the ground turkey. That will give you some smoky flavor even in your skillet. Great video, have a great day 🌤 🍔

    • @CamirrasKitchen
      @CamirrasKitchen  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      im using 85/15 so its really not all that lean lol. i would say that it was easily juicy since it was dark meat turkey. now if it was that 93/7, yeah it would be dry
