To eat the damn things u have to deconstruct them and eat them in sections. I agree, season after patty made, otherwise meatloaf, I do use msg instead of salt, should try but use half what salt would add, every person on earth eats msg everyday, even vegetarians, it's natural in veggies, cheese, snacks, fast food, premixed seasoning blends ect.. and can't beat good old American cheese 🤤🤤
