I've got an older non-RGB version that is a bit louder than the newer RGB model. It works well with laptops that have lots of bottom case openings. But with laptops with little to no openings, looking at you Razer, this cooler is wasted on them. I'm happy with the cooler and would recommend it.

I know ur suffering with heat when i saw a dell product
But look at the CPU power draw during the game testing on the Dell. It's similar temps at 10W more. Like 20% more power draw.
