I just bought a set of 2lb clubs to help with shoulder mobility - at first i was thinking they would be too light but after doing this routine I think they are perfect for my needs.

Really enjoying. I’m 71 and box , no sparring, but lots of bag and mitt work. During this crazy SIP I thought I’d try something else and bought a pair of 1lb and 2lb. to use before I put on the gloves. Best part of the videos is the slow motion to be able to mimic the routines. Thanks for the instruction.

I am starting with a pair of 1 lb. Agutsu Clubs, a pair of 2 lb. Agutsu Clubs and a set of Heroic Sport Handles which I can probably take up to 10 lbs. by adding sand to a 2 L. carbonated beverage bottle. Currently working exclusively with 1 Lb. Clubs.

Can you cancel and get the one pound or two pound? Five is way heavy at the start with swings. I made that mistake and quickly realized that I need to start way lighter.

@@pasquinilliI have no order a set of Indian Clubs yet. I'm still having shoulder pain my left shoulder. I think a few months ago working in my local park and just starting to work out. I have not work out in years. But I meet a young brother and we was doing push ups and all. He was showing me pull ups on the bar. We did a few of them and than some diamond push ups. I think I hurt my shoulder doing some of those diamond pushups. I hear cracking noise when I lift up my arm in my shoulder. But I love watching your videos and training. Living here in East Harlem Wilson projects is dangerous just NYC period. So your channel gives me that inspiration and motivation. Peace and Love...

Great video breakdown, love the slow down, my husband and I just started swinging the mace bell and we are thinking of also starting the clubs, we both train, husband does Krav Maga and is an installer, and I in bjj/ grappling and a massage therapist lol so this will help much with our ROM and pain, I’ve only been swinging on the 5 pound gently and carefully for the last couple of weeks and I’ve already noticed in the last few days and I haven’t had any numbness or tingling in my arms or hands when I wake up!
