solid information as always, coach! thank you!
Very clear explanation! You motivated me to do more cbs. Greetings from Germany, Leo.
Yes sir at my age i cant omit the warm up. Also, theres something pleasurable about getting a good flow going with single hand clubs thats hard to out into words
Concise and to the point. Cheers

I've struggled with golfers elbow when doing lots of 360s with my 25 pound mace.
Will Indian clubs help with that or am I doing something wrong? Thanks
Well the key thing I read there was “lots of 360s.” If you’re having elbow issues, you should do a minimum of 10 reps each side, and if there’s still pain…you may need to take a break from mace training.
But yes, Indian clubs will greatly help (not cure) tennis elbow if done with a consistent warm up routine.
Can you please advise me on where I can buy a good quality set if Indian Clubs? Thank you very much in advance. : )
You can find alot of quality wooden Indian clubs on Etsy.com. That’s where I got mine in this video. Its been hard for me to find a quality brand I can promote here the US that’s at affordable cost.
Its either cheap polyearthane Indian Clubs from Amazon (they still do the job), or high quality wooden on Etsy from real people who take the craft seriously.
@@CoachVikingVaughn Thank you!
