    I bought the handles about 3 months ago after a couple of years of shoulder problems. I didn't really know what to expect but thought it was worth a try.
    I probably use them 3-4 times a week for only 5-10 minutes but I'm really pleased. My bad shoulder has improved immensely although there is still a way to go.
    I'm only using the most basic exercises so some of these are way too complex for me but I'll get there eventually.
    Thanks
    Bob 🇬🇧

      yup, me too. I'm basically only doing the cast circle thing. its only been a week, but my shoulders hardly creak anymore. my traps are also a lot more resistant to building up knots.

    I am 60 years and my body is super stiff. I am studying ancient Indian exercises for improving flexibility and strength.
    I find old Indian and Asian flow exercises are gentle on joints and less injury prone. They are more of art than exercise and are fun to do.
    Ordered a pair of 1kg each clubs and will practice your moves.

    • @HeroicSport
      @HeroicSport  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, the circular movements are great for lubricating the joints, and so are the traction forces developped when swinging clubs.

      use one club only and go slow where you steer the club(not swingin) until you have the movement down.

    Do you have any suggestions for how much each club should weigh for a beginner

    • @HeroicSport
      @HeroicSport  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! For men, 750g to 1kg a a good place to start. If the clubs are to light or short, you will not get the necessary feedback from the club. Get a set of Pahlavandle, you can adjust the weight up to 3kg. There's a discount code in the video description.

    Are there any risks with any of these movements?

    • @HeroicSport
      @HeroicSport  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To be honest, there is risk with anything you do in life, even not doing things...
      If in doubt, try the movements empty handed. A weight at the end of a lever can create some serious forces, so start light, listen to your body.
      Finding out for yourself is the probably the only way to know, all the best!
