I love the synchronization her and her band have. Shes the best
Her star is rising. Great band she has too. Solid players.
Trail of Flowers is one of my fav albums of the year.
I’m glad I was lucky enough to find out about her.
My favourite singer on Tiny desk!!!! As always the sound engineering is stellar. Rarely has the band sounded so good on TH-cam…
Yes! She always sounds great, but this is incredible.
So happy to see her on here!!!!!! WV is so proud of you Sierra!!! 🩷
Ive been playing violin for 30+ years and for the life of me I cannot sing and play at the same time... Beautiful!!!
Houstonian here. Bout to see her and Nick Shoulders live!!
Why cant I stop tearing up every song 🥹. She's so talented and I'm so proud to see her rising as she deserves!!
There's something generational or primal in her voice, like we've been listening to little women project this power for 10,000 years, it feels like she's taking us back
Her voice is so freakin’ powerful. It’s unreal - I never get tired of it.
Just saw her perform in Vancouver and she is just as incredible in person! ❤
This is very quickly becoming one of my very favorite things..
It's been such a privelege to watch Sierra emerge. I feel like she's the future of country music
Future and past!
I hope you’re right!
I know. I think I accidentally ran across her on Western AF, or maybe gems on vhs? I don't rightly remember any more, and I do suppose it doesn't much matter :D. She stole my heart that day.
Futures here... soon it will pass
Once we get the greedy controlling major labels out. They're very ruined the genre. Look at Lil Nas X. What a joke.
Wow this makes me homesick, been out of the country for years. Thank God such musicians are still being born in the good ol' USA.
Such pros, such a great sounding jam band. Flawless performance.
her voice is just magical
I remember first seeing her on Western AF and then being lucky enough to catch her at a small venue in DC four years ago. A year later I thought I'd never see her at a club show again with how high her star was rising. Then, to my delight, she played 930 Club this summer and I fell in love with her all over again! She is everything; an inspiration!
That lead player is really great. Super tasteful playing.
Oliver Bates Craven guitar / fiddle

Check out The Stray Birds!!! No longer performing, but they were the best trio.

She is better live than in studio! Sheeeeesh!
Had a ticket to Sunday's Newport Folk Fest. Sierra Ferrell was "hands down" the highlight of the day!
Just saw her in Portland. She’s an incredible performer!
Oh my, she is absolutely gorgeous! I just love the beautiful harmony of human voices and the lovely sounds of strings. Somehow country music makes me feel like I'm living life to the fullest and staying grounded.
And… I also like her flower line and the band’s hats.💐🤠
Yeehaw!
Outstanding. Killer band. An uncompromising, unique artist and consummate pro, Sierra Ferrell is the real deal, a veritable legend in the making.
Simply beautiful. She's my number 1, has been for 3 and half years and please Sierra, come back to England. Backed by a superb band as well it must be said.
I’m amazed at the young people that are into traditional music. Sierra’s amazing!
✨ my Appalachain Queen ✨
i am so proud to see Sierra on Tiny Desk!
I’ve had the privilege to see her performing in Nashville for a few years now. She’s an amazing artist in every sense of the word. Having met her a couple of times, she’s a sincere, authentically beautiful human being!
Sierra fits her name! Her talent is greater than the highest mountain! Her band compliments her music and style to a tee! Bring her back!!!🎵🎵🎶🎵🎶🎶🎶🎶🎵🎶🎶🎵🎶👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
She is so beautiful and I love all her awesome outfits. I stumbled upon her on 93.9 The River in western Mass. Sierra Ferrell will always be in my top 10 go to artists!
Our Appalachian queen 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Every time I see Sierra perform it slides me back in my chair. That feeling of "woah" is always so hard to attribute, but instantly recognizable when it's there. Thanks for another great one NPR.
