I wanted to try the mod properly before i made any comments on it and i must say, i'm impressed.
This is really what the next Need For Speed needs in terms of drifting. It's well balanced and feels natural. Heat's drifting feels so out of place compared to this, Good job man!

Heat drifting feels like you're fighting the car instead of just letting it do it 's thing.

This feels *way* more smooth than Heat's drifting mechanics. Is it much more simplified as well?
Yes. It is way more simplified. The entire "brake2drift" component is disabled, which is essentially an assist layer over the base tire physics.

For graphics i used Revised Visuals by Konix. And i used Antiloser's All Engine Swaps mod.

With the drift mod, the camera doesnt move to the side

The drift mod unite 3.3.1 has a awesome drift physics, I just have to buy a either thrust master or g29 wheel setup, maybe learn drift to make wheelcam vids for goosiest😂

Time to buy Heat exclusively for this. I hope nexusmods works on Origin installs not just Steam... is the reason this is moddable in online lobbies without getting banned because EA don't care about Heat anymore? Will we be able to see something like this in Unbound?
The reasons you cant get banned is because the game has no anti cheat and EA doesnt care, they never have, even at launch. Nexusmods is a website, it has nothing to do with the platform you are launching your game on.
I've already experimented with porting this mod to Unbound but it didnt feel as good so im not sure yet.

whats the set up you run on these cars? like in game, tired, diff etc
All drift parts. Sometimes showcase if i want more grip. Nothing special, no tricks, there is no need to use drag tires or speedcross parts like in vanilla

does the mod good for racing? (not only drifting)
Hi! I personally like to race with it too but its not as fun as vanilla. You have to brake properly and be careful with the throttle to not spin out. Give it a try ;)

It's really hard to control the car not to oversteer.. I really like the drifts with the mod so I think I'll just get used to it....
Is it possible to have (or tune) the car that I won't have to disable and enable the mod?
@@tsi_yoav2363 i dont think so, you have to use track parts thats all. People usually use my mod for drifting only, then turn it off when they want to race

Stock engine upgraded to max. Super drift tires, pro drift suspension and differential.

@@ryanchock338 yes, tuning towards drift on my mod gives you 70 degrees of angle
