Incredible how the lower back plays such a vital role in so many movements. L sits used to be a breeze but with the lower back injury, I just could not lift my legs, despite the assistance of the blocks. The shortened down dog push ups were surprisingly hard. A great class to challenge one.

This was definitely above my level, but I still really enjoyed it. I like it when the practice is a little too hard, because it challenges me, but I’m still good at taking rests when I need it.
I saw this was like absolutely not that looks hard then decided to try it and was very surprised that is was able to do almost all of it aside from the L sits and the downward dog pushups. I'm honestly so proud of myself 😊

wow! down dog push ups bringing chin to mat? I was able to lower only several inches. Also, I find that rising hips and feet/legs off the mat simultaneously to be physiologically impossible. Great class, I'll revisit these moves, Ty!
