- Coleman 196-cylinder head on the 212 Ghost how will it run?
Installed a Coleman 196cc cylinder head that was ordinarily used on the Coleman CT200U-EX minibike, and swapped it onto the Predator Ghost-powered Azusa minibike. Tested the bike from 0 to 30 and top speed.

Black 66 awesome test! Thanks for sharing…surprised the 196 head did as good as it did! On a side note, have you heard about the duro max 274cc engine? I just picked one up, it will be interesting to see how it performs. Looks like it has a small block carb and a big block exhaust by looking at it so far. Also seems like it has a big block head on a small block.

I like your minibike, with the small tires and high handlebars. You know, I had a predator 224 one time. Blew it up in less than a year. Pretty cool comparisons you're doing.
I have a Coleman mini bike with an Amazon Bilt Hard 212 engine in it. Got a Vm22 carburetor kit installed today.

Use a piece of 1/4 aluminum angle or 3/8 rod to align the chain / engine. On race karts they used to sell a tool that clamped to rear sprocket with a long rod that laid on chain.
With these low power engines a couple of degrees engine rotation with reference to back sprocket or offset can rob a LOT of performance. I picked up several MPH on a race kart, I thought I was “eyeballing” it pretty accurately.

I think the small valve 196 head could have been playing to it's strength.
That being the lighter valvetrain allowing a higher maximum rpm before valve float, and therefore more speed.

What jets do I need for ghost 212 carb that it comes with? Bc I bought some jets looking to fix the bogging on my top end but they didn’t fit 😢

What performance can I get out of a 212 hemi on a budget? What flywheel rod and cam would you recommend that wouldn’t be super expensive but still good performance for the price?
On amazon they sell a pvl flywheel for 40 bucks serious money for what it is the rod is gonna run you 70 and I recommend a +0.020 length can use a flat top and still not have to use a thick headgasket

It's the same head on the g160 but better port job from factory
Try a genuine Honda engine see if it's better
