At 46min...no fear in court...yes. i went into court with the same.
They tried intimidation by sitting me in a small chair, and i said i am sitting at the desk, actually..
They grudgingly let me.
Then i showed the magistrate the summons, with dodgy signature. They said " oh yes, there isnt the space for a printed name........."😂😮
I then got to the case and showed the council they were fraud, theft, malfeasance, corrupt, and were acting illgally. They sat there rigid with fear.. said nothing, then the 5mins i had was cut short by the legal advisor saying this needs a judicial review..
I asked for all the names of everyone in the court, got the judges names, the l.a, but the council ran out of the court so fast roadrunner couldnt keep up!...

I call that a win!
I like the idea of putting the ceo, foi officer, finance officer, barrister and others on notice..and the trust fund by end January.
VERY INTERESTED IN THIS, as I am at the same stage.
The best is yet to come! This year will be the game changer that everyone sues the Bailiffs for £4000 which will effectively cut off the ability to enforce this malfeasance🎉

Hey guys ..love your work..I would like to add my thoughts to C.T..I don’t pay ..haven’t done 3 years…even if it was an obligation to pay…!!? How do the council conclude a sum of money that we owe them..by a machine computer that tells them what letter grade our homes are!..??..which equals what???..what man or women has decided on A, a house banding which equals a sum of money…2…how many people in the house…1 living person as opposed to a family of 8 ..is a massive difference and yet a single living person only gets 25% of the fake Bill…it’s made up out of what..where are any of the monthly figures that any council has paid for..it’s a misconception that they empty our bins…no no no!!!,,they contract with a company on our behalf to empty bins…a big difference…so what’s stopping us from contracting with these companies…
I will not pay fir something I havnt asked for or contribute to scociety when it’s corruption is abundant…I have written and told the council this..
yeah and theres been many thousands of people who did that many many years ago ... welcome to the party ;)
