Our Work Process:

2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

Depending on where they are, a verbal threat or attempt to touch qualifies as assault. Since he did touch her, it is assault. She should have gotten him to confess on a recording or in text, but that's not so easy to do in the moment. Filing a report with the police will at least establish a paper trail if things escalate. In this case, mom and family had legal and practical safety systems in place pretty quickly.
@acatnamedm4529 once again she has 0 prove that he touched her just her own word... also the confession could thrown out stating he said it under duress "she told me if I didn't admit she would take the kid away and kick me out" and then the paper work would back fire with actually kicking him out.
I'm not trying to defend him just pointing out why things wouldn't work or how they could go wrong... it's a lot of evidence one must have to press charges in today's world...

In the second story i think op needs to address the fact that he's using his daughter as ab escape goat instead of facing the issue of him most likely being scared that jill will just run away without a word when things get too hard. An the fear of being abandon twice with his kid living in fear of when daddy is next. They both need therapy am im worried that down the road op love for is daughter could turn into respentment for his regrets on past decisions.

I had a friend whose grandpa went completely blind towards the end of his life. I asked him what he saw and he said it was complete blackness. But he'd been able to see for like 70 years or however long, so he perceived darkness when he went blind.
There are other visual impairments that count as blindness but aren't just a full lack of vision. For example, some people can still see shadows or bright lights, or have no peripheral vision. That kind of thing.
