I have the same car and ordered same springs . How is the tension from the stock spring on the front neglected ? Like it wont try to pop out when I undo the bolts from the top ??
I'm not quite sure what you are asking by "neglected "? Do you mean how is the tension relieved without using a spring compress or? If so, you have to use the jack to compress the spring/suspension up. Then, you loosen the center nut and remove. Now you can lower the jack but not all the way. At that point, you then remove the 5 bolts. Once all the bolts are remove, continue removing components from the strut.
This process looks so much easier than removing the front strut!
Much easier!!
Which front lip is this?
Carbon fiber lip. It came with it.
