Recently reserved our Bellway philosopher home. Was looking at a Taylor wimpey Garrton 5 bed but decided that we liked the philosophers proportions better. Great video as usual

Tiggy2shu The show homes are always top notch they use interior designers to make them look amazing. But as for the rest of the homes they get thrown up literally 🙄 The contracts managers etc get a bonus on every house completed so that's were one of the problems lie there not bothered about quality it's quantity they want . I was doing some works in one of the houses I told the contracts manager how bad the walls were and I wasn't prepared to put my name to it until the walls were sorted his reply was either do it or fck of my site was his asact words that says it all there not interested in doing a good job . One of the sites i do the site manager was the Labourer 4 months ago sweeping rooms out now he's running a site it's crazy they can't get decent blokes they just want yes men who get told to jump and then they ask how high the housing sites are a tradesmens worse nightmare now you can't even tell them what's wrong because you get thrown of site
Pointless showing off Bellway's Show Home. They always take more care on the show home, and employ proper brick layers and make sure internally it's spot on. They don't take anywhere near as much care for the rest of the houses they build, I know as I bought one recently and the bricklaying to mine and my neighbour's houses is appalling. Clearly used the cheapest labourers they could find, some of the worst brick laying and pointing I've ever seen! Don't get me started on snagging, good luck if you can get them to come out once you've completed.
