Hi, where is tthe cheapest place to get a new build property? Like having a 4 bed property within d range of £200k-£240k.
@@lindaezeigbo3426 try looking towards the north of England. Yorkshire offers scenic views and surroundings. There will always be a give and take however, more space and less demand means the locations may have less amenities. All the best!

The thing which I don't like is the storage space in the house,there is lack of storage in rooms but on the other side which I like is that there is a lot of space in the kitchen 😅

Love this house, the only thing that could be a problem is in the kitchen, the double height glass and the glass balustrade on the kitchen side could be a problem for cleaning, but it does look exceptionally good

its a very well designed home for sure - the view from the front door through the glazed door into the rear living/dining/kitchen area is a great design feature as adds depth to your view as you enter and entices you in. I do love the double height over the dining area but practically not good? imagine decorating and cleaning especially the double height glazing!! also, sound from that main living area will just carry all through the house into the bedrooms - not good if you have kids or people trying to sleep. Apart from that a very beautiful, sizeable house for sure.

The house is gorgeous!! So many well considered details. Loved the double height ceiling which allowed lots of light and connects the upstairs to the downstairs living spaces.

Beautiful house but the open plan double height through to the upstairs would mean food odours travelling into the bedrooms, also I love the balcony off of the master bedroom but I personally would not want it looking over the front of the house and the street. But who am I kidding, unless I win the lottery, I could never afford this lol.

Lovely house but not enough storage space in the master bedroom and for that price the master bedroom ensuite should come as a 4 piece.

Over a Mil for a 4 bed!! Price is absolutely disgusting !!! You showed a very similar house to this on a previous video which was half the price !! Housing is just becoming unaffordable and unattainable for Normal working folk! I understand about the location and market average price for that area but these developers are just becoming more and more greedy by the day. It only cost a fraction of the sell price to build this home.
It has everything to do with demand, perceived value and location.
Exactly what I keep thinking all the time every single day. The government and councils brought special schemes in to help this country with a housing crisis and needed affordable 3,4 and 5 bedroom houses. Yet again estate agents and construction company’s a few years ago now destroyed that so how would an average working family afford something like that which they actually need a family of 4,5 or 6. This country is ridiculous and getting worse every single day and no one is saying anything about it. Even 4 beds at a price of £450,000 minimum and upwards most of them. It’s a shame cause the houses are beautiful and I work average 80 hours a week and would still need a deposit of about £65,000 plus and then mortgage repayments after that

So the cooking smells etc go straight upstairs, not a dream house for me.
And What's wrong with that! Just open windows after and let fresh air in! Also the hood extractor obove cooker absorbs most of it! Wait i know ... just open kitchen doors while cooking! Most probably u can't afford to buy it as most pple here which is okay! heheh...

The house is very stylish, but your presentation style is to laboured. Over emphasising things that aren't important. No point talking about loose furniture in a room when the houses aren't sold with furniture.
