Lovely house. Didn't see an airing cupboard. So not a lot of storage. Again only a 4 ring hob, for such a big house I'd have thought needed 5 or 6 ring/burners. Freezer section smaller too, but to each their own. On the whole love the house
U don't seem to get airing cupboards now they've got rid of water tanks. 😊
The front door in the inside looks too industrial. Love the chandeliers. Nice to have indoor access to the garage. The living room wallpaper looks like a flock of birds 😆 Well appointed kitchen, love the warming tray. I still can’t fathom a room having no closets, and that they are “extra”.
You definitely need a TV programme. I for one would love it. You both are amazing x

Internal doors are the normal here in NZ as well….. fairly sure it’s something to do with fire safety as well…..in the event of a fire, closed doors can help prevent the spread as fast

I find that I like the wallpaper in the UK better than the ones we have in the US. They have better designs, patterns, and colors than I find in ours. I do find that I'm more drawn to them, perhaps because I tend to be a bit Leary of ultra modern things.
Really nice house, I could live there . I think it’s a mistake not to plan a cupboard space for coats & shoes in a hall though, I think they should be out of site

Here in Switzerland homes have either a basement or an attic for storage. I however don’t see this on any of the Bellway homes. Do British not have any need for storage?
We don't have basements but most have attic space. Older houses have some cupboards, newer properties don't 😊
Kitchen looked a bit basic to me. The corner cupboards are a nightmare to use without some sort of pull out mechanism. And drawers rather than cupboards are all the rage these days. Freezer is absolutely minute for the size of house/family. Do like the worktop and proving drawer, however!

No double garages in the UK houses ?
Yes, but not as common these days. Space is often a premium and with the drive to go green families are encouraged to have less cars. However this doesn't always seem to work and many just park on the driveway or street!
Bathrooms galore, but not a single one of them has ANY storage! Beautiful finishes, but would you really want all your grooming paraphernalia cluttering up the space above the sinks? And I guess the maid brings her own cleaning supplies and fresh linens with her? The downstairs is pretty perfect tho, except for the lack of coat closet.
Cleaning things are generally kept in the utility room or kitchen, ppl buy storage for bed linen we don't all have maids 😂

Can you please also state the prices of the homes. We know prices change and that 99% watching aren't looking to actively buy these homes. But we are interested to know how prices compare around the country, including value for money in different areas. Please may likes/dislikes to my comment serve as a basis to whether or not people want to know house prices. Thank you, lovely tour vlogs.
Please be assured that just because we don’t plaster the thumbnail with price tag that the price isn’t there.
If the house price is available when we view the home we always put it in the description box. Many times we have visited show homes and there have been no plots of that house type currently available for release so we recommend contacting the developer to find out directly when one will be released and what the current price is. In this particular property’s case the exact Show home is listed as to view but it hasn’t been released with a price. So you see my point.
