This house is great with it's separate living room and study and 3 very well proportioned bedrooms.

I really enjoy that they are going for those semi-on suite. This allows much more flexibility better then having a jack and jill bath.

Nice small home! I disagree in making the second floor tv room into a bedroom though. There is no family area without it.

You should never put glass ornaments on a windowsill
That's a 4 bedroom plus a study though lol
No would be great but making this a bedroom would loose out on the living room.
