I just got mine today. I wanted to charge before riding so I plugged the charger in. The bike display shows full green bars, but the charger light shows red. I can only assume that when the battery is fully charged, the red light will turn green, Yes?
Thank you Mike. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but questions like mine were not covered. Better to ask and be sure than not One last thing, my plan is to ride the bike for just a few miles each outing (just around the neighborhood) . Should I run the battery down to approx half (based on the LED display) before recharging or recharge after each outing, run it down even further? If I go with the 1/2 discharge scenario, I could ride the bike nearly a dozen time before I'd reach the half-discharged point. This is my first ebike (or "E" anything) so I want to ensure I maintain the battery properly. Thanks in advance.
@dennispechek7807 I would consult in an expert on battery life. However, my take is I charge it full after ever use. I'd much rather have a battery that's ready to go If I choose to ride some distance. Some say charge it to 75% or whatever, but then you can only have 75% of the fun. :) To only save a couple of months of battery life. I say enjoy your bike.:) Now, this is my opinion i'm not an expert.just what i do :)
Thanks for your review of this bike. Do you know how much weight that tail rack can hold? I'm thinking if I get one, I'd want to put a passenger seat on it.
@@d.mar.2624Thanks a bunch. I definitely don't think it would hold any passenger and certainly not an adult. I would check with the manufacturer on the weight capacity.
@@mikerochester I wanted to share what I found. I just seen on the Actbest website that the tail rack can hold 120lbs. That's good enough to toss a seat on to take my kid on it to ride around the neighborhood. Thanks again for making your video. It was really helpful!

1. 32+ is a big lie!!! The bike is set on 24” wheel so shows 34mph but any speedometer shows 28mph, and when you set the display on 20” tire it shows the true max speed that is 28mph. I contacted them and did whatever they said to increase the max speed but it doesn’t go any faster than 27-28mph. 2. Rear wheel shakes a lot. 3. Left break makes a bad noise on handlebar and they couldn’t give me solution. 4. Rear suspension is not soft at all, it is like a rock, causes to feel any bump even after adjusting (can make it 10% better) 5. The seat is too high. I’m 5’9” and can’t reach the floor. And adjustment is to make it even higher that will be higher than the handlebar that is ridiculous! 6. Front suspension is not adjustable. 7. Handlebar height is not adjustable.
Mines does 33 mph and I adjust the brakes so they don't scrape. The wheels have to be inflated with inner tube slowly while filling to max while pressing each side to keep them straight.
Ordered mine last night to help me get to and from work. Great review!
It's a fun ride. Hope you were able to use my link. :)

Glad you liked it. Hope you were able to use my affiliate link? :)
Enjoyed & appreciated the testing, the ride and the info. Thanks a lot

Thanks you.......and thanks for taking that time to comment. :)
Hi. Site says 1300 watt (peak). Do you know the continuous watts? And is that a 48t or 52t crankset? Thanks for your time.
Got this info from the company. "The continuous watt is 1000 watts. The brand of the pioneer motor is Xiongda and the crankset is 46t.".
Cheers

How long have you held that cruise control? I’m kinda nervous to hold it more than a few seconds.
Normally you can turn it off in the settings if you don't want it as an option.

Thanks for the heads up let me reach out and find out.
How to get into bike settings? I’m trying to find out what the PIN is for it.
I would consider contacting the manufacturer.
Is there a coupon code I can use
Don't believe the discount code is still working but let me reach out and see if there's a new one
