@@rebellucy6200 MY 6300 and 3000 were made in Japan. The build quality is far superior. I also used to have a Honda EU7000IS. I like the Yamaha brand better.
To complete the set up, I would need to install an interlock on the circuit board, a soft start for the AC unit (5 ton) and a connection to the natural gas line? Do I need to contact our natural gas service provider for the natural gas line set up? Thank you.
My question is when this unit needs a repair done example like a circuit board I can’t see a small engine shop working on these how long is the warranty for? Where can I find replacement parts?
Is that natural gas line a simple line that builders set up in the patio for bbq grills? I have one but it’s after all my appliances so I’m afraid that it would not sustain the load, for example, in winter when we need to use natural gas also for heating.
GM10500iETC, with a 6.9 gallons fuel capacity, can operate for around 8.1 hours at 50% load with a full tank of gasoline (fuel consumption around 0.85 GPH). When using propane, it can run for around 4 hours (estimation based on a 20 lbs tank - propane consumption around 1.18 GPH). That’s not gonna be a problem I run mine on natural gas and my central heater, stoves and water heater
Hi Gavin, I understand this generator is floating neutral so ready to hook up to your house! If I don’t want to run it to the house is there a quick way to bond the generator so I can plug things directly into it? Is there a make shift plug or something that I can buy?
Do I have to buy an inventor generator if it's going to be hooked up to my home electrical panel like you show it and I would like to run my TV, refrigerator and a PC.

Ohhh bad practice. You should open all the breakers and when you power the breaker box with the generator, you then shut the breakers one by one to slowly put load in the generator.

The neutral doesn't have a disconnect? That doesn't back feed the neutral to the utility? I've always wondered. Thanks and nice video!

Yamaha's are behind on fancy tech, but get the job done and will last longer than many of the Chinese brands.
