everytime I see one of their skits its like the show sword art online, like their playing a game where they are physically their and not just using controllers its so amazing.
I love how they do an entire skit with the second row as the mains, more people at VLDL, means more content to love! VLDL isn't just Alan, Adam and Rowan anymore, and it's time to give everybody their time to shine.
They were pulling competing one-upmanship on playing the "bigger person" enough so that they weren't making any useful decision at all. Only Brinley kept them from turning on each other in that spiral. Even worse, since one of them needed two, so claiming that single would mean zero progress for anyone until another was found. It's not a wholesome team, it's a team built on fear and obedience, with prizes handed out for keeping up the act... definitely not healthy, but *very* effective when it works, and in this case, it clearly works.
Im sorry but NO ONE WILL MENTION THE COSTUME DEPARTMENT HERE ?! God daaaaaaaamn, they did a good job ! So much detail and depth in each outfit, so much character ! Such an incredible job , well done costume team !

It's very well done... But I hate most "apocalypse armor" in shows. A pair of gas masks for shoulder pads? Covering your goggles in safety pins? Plastic water bottles for suppressors? All dumb ideas.
The sets, the props, the actors and everyone thats involved truly deserve the praise they get, i never comment on videos but just had to show my love for vldl. The best!
Being on vivaplus means i always get to come to youtube and watch the eps again when they drop here, just to see the fandom reaction and catch the ending bit. It feels like getting a little bonus extra every time

I remember playing Ark Survival Evolved a few years back with some friends. We got raided and the raiders were surprisingly chill about the whole thing, they killed us a few times and a couple of dinos that were on aggressive, but they quickly realized that we were noobs. We all had a good laugh, they gave us some combat tips and went to raid a bigger base. Was surprisingly wholesome, all things considered

You guys make a wonderful case for never playing those kind of games. I never will. I get angry enough just playing World Of Warcraft, and life adds to that stress. Video games, MMORPGs, should be stress relievers and a place to go to get out of your own head. Why the hell would I subject myself to more irritation and anger? Watching these videos saves lives....of other people.
These games taught me the beauty of letting go. Each wipe is a mandala and the constructions and use of it is the joy, no need to worry about it lasting. The moment you're in is the moment that matters.
I know you're talking about other players in multiplayer games. And that's true because humanity is trash. But games should also be challenging, that's why the souls genre is so popular despite often being so frustrating, an actual sense of achievement (and the wonder of their worlds) is a huge stress reliever. Easy=boring, that's why I switched Ghost of Tsushima PC to the hardest difficulty in the first 1/4 of the game and it's been way more engaging, immersive and great since then. Irritation and anger because something isn't easy is not healthy.

More power to you and the rest who enjoy soulsborne type games. For me while I want a challenge in my games I don't have any desire to play a game designed by a group of sadists. If the very design of the game is torturous to me no matter how accomplished I feel at beating an area I will not be enjoying myself. At my point in life I play games to escape from the multitude of impossible challenges reality presents, not to encounter more.
