Moddability being part of the game's core essence is precisely what attracted me to this game. As a creator, this appeals to me on such a deep and lasting level. I'm very excited to see the rest of this series!
I’ll be honest - modding isn’t for me. But I’m so excited for you modders to do all the work for me so I can play on your creativity 😂❤
Yeah, let the modders do their magic xd
Absolutely... I'm so excited to play with different perspectives.
Though I do want to try my hand at a few of these modding tools. But I certainly won't be doing anything elaborate lol
Same here! I can't wait for them to design holiday packs or aesthetics packs lol!
You are right (i like modding tho) and dang you are hot af
I'm part of the percent that'll use custom content and mods for this game. I do use mods and custom content for the Sims.
the game wasnt even out, yet they already making tutorials on mods, this is how you know the game being made with love, not with corporate wants
xDDDDDDD
@@AshfanAzabs fair, but it's still exciting :)
My concern with that is a bit that they rely a bit too much on the community and their mods. Don't get me wrong. Mods are great. But the game has to work properly without them.
@@benn8793 This is not how mods work.
@@aesthetic8780 Excuse me, have you ever played Sims 4? Without mods the game is unplayable in some areas...
Please for the people like me... add a hexadecimal for the color that is viewable a copyable so when we go to make a matching item it can have the same colors.
I second this!
I see the hexadecimal above the color wheel, looks already added
@@Shellll thanks I didn't see that :)
Still curious to know if we'll be able to copy/paste within the game though
One of my main modding questions is if modders will have any ability to modify or add UI elements/modals. One of the worst things about Sims 4 modding is that you have to try and cram any mods inside the existing UI with very little wiggle room
If you want a new mechanic with stats? Well it better fit inside a crammed phone UI or as yet another pie menu node. I hope LBY makes it easier for modders to actualize a vision without compromises!
Great question! We've definitely designed our UI with modding in mind, so that hopefully UI won't limit the mods that you have in mind, however we know that there are going to be mods you all think up and add that may need a bit extra UI attention. We'll anticipate continuing to refine those areas in EA as new types of mods come in! 😊
@@lifebyyou I hope you add Dungeons & dragons / medieval fantasy expansions. Or at least attract some good D&D modders to your game so they strart creating good D&D mods. And also Star Wars modders, this will attract millions of players to your game.
@@gogeta6186 lol
@@gogeta6186I would kill for themed expansions like this. May I recommend Victorian England as a possibility?
@@The8bitbeard yes, and not like the low-budget but overpriced expansions we have in The Sims 4..
It's giving The Sims Bodyshop omg- I love the option to customize so much!
Customizing clothing is a dream for a lot of simmers I know
I'm with you on that. I tried and it look like it was done in Microsoft paint 😭
I realize this is a dumb thing to fixate on, but it's really nice to see some random townie's bike left in the street.
I like that there are signs of other characters living in the environment, just a nice detail.
Yeah I love that! I get the feeling I'll be spending many hours just watching people go about their day!
This is looking pretty good so far. Two things for improvement:
-The mannequin needs some work, between the weird glowing eyes and the small hands melding into the flesh/clothing.
-The mod selection/summary interface UX needs a lot of tuning.
There is a reason mannequins aren't skin colored and lifelike - to bring out the articles of clothing.
I think it looks cool personally 👽
@@98Zai i think its ok but if you look at tools like marvelous designer their mannequins are way better looking with better proportions and they also allow you to create your own mannequin
@@amazonz8590 I think that they have some more important things to work on before they start adding mannequin customization. I could be wrong though! It might be as simple as slotting in a character creator for the mannequin, but I think it's better if everyone have the same standard to adhere to.
Personally i like the idea of choosing our character to model the clothes.
@@citrusbutter7718 I saw the option to change skin color of the mannequin at least!
I love how you're embracing modding. I'm excited to see what modders come up with too.
Is the team thinking about adding in some modular options for shirt, pants etc and a Transparency slider to the Create-a-Character to make some clothes look 'mesh' or see through?
I think I'd like to see modular styles more for furniture than clothes it wouldn't be so time consuming for them to do. But agree we need a transparency slider.
@@SM-4359 +2 we need a transparency slider 👍
I would love to have all of this! But being honest I won't be too bummed if we don't get some of these things. It's already a massive improvement to what is currently available.
But I think the goal here should be as many options as feasible, truly the more the merrier :)
I don't know if it can, but when he said modded clothes i assumed he was going to also show things like shortening pant and shorts legs, making one end of a skirt higher than the other, adding or removing sleeves lol. It's possible it's already in the game but that's what i had in mind, i like color changes though.
Will we be able to make our own clothes/accessories designs? Not just change the color. Enjoy the weekend LBY team! ❤
Yup, absolutely! That requires a bit more work and some Unity setup, but we'll cover that in future tutorials. Hope you have a great weekend too!💜
Love this team and the progress!
I cannot wait to get my hands on this and fiddle around with all of the little sections. While I know graphics is a factor for some, gameplay will always be king to me and I cannot think of a single other game that seems to deliver on that in a way that LBY does. The freedom is so refreshing. Thank you for your hard work!
Wow, 10 parts! EA would never.
I've never modded a day in my life but I'm super excited to try it in this game
I pray I can do it. Please don’t make fun of me if I mess up. I don’t have all my motor skills
You peaked my interest with designing our own towns. Can’t wait!
The fact LbY is very mod friendly is the biggest reason I am very interested in it. Since with mods it will add anything the main game doesn't have or change anything in the base game I don't like. A big reason I liked Skyrim.
I rarely ever bought into Early Acess and I´m mostly done doing so...
LBY will be another exception, you guys and your game deserve it in my critical eyes :)
This looks amazing! Will we get to see adding new meshes with texture mapping and whatnot when you dig into the unity mods? Recoloring is super cool, but retexturing and editing meshes is where the real fun starts for me!
Honestly.. I'm kind of curious just *how much modding* you can do. Like is it just color changes? or can we actually alter the physical shape and appearance of a shirt, like take a shirt and remove the sleeves, or make it a V-neck, or a halter top? Can we change the length of skirts or pants? will we be able to do actual 3d modeling for the game? Cause everything I'm seeing so far is technically no different then the edit feature found in Sims3 as far as changing textures and colors of clothing items.
Its the first video in a series going from simpler to more complex. Presumed we can upload our own clothing assets regardless
This is the first of 10 videos more to come.
Finally, more about modding!
o m g! I am SO excited about the third category! Using Unity to mod the game?! That sounds *so powerful!* I didn't have even a tiny expectation that it would be possible, seeing as nobody has done this before (to my knowledge!)
This just changes the whole play field in terms of modding 0.0
I can't wait for the next parts in this series!!
This is just amazing. But can we please get a guide on how to create our own clothing and import it, or will that come later?
They should make tutorial videos so everyone can mod the game, even begginers
The body proportion is still weird hope you fix it♥️♥️
I really wish they would fix how the male fingers clip into the body and if they got time how the women's hand goes halfway into their waist.
@@lance9249 As far as the bodies go, the shoulders, eyes bopping about, the way the hands are set, the oversized calves, their strange posture all still bug me.
This is genius, let the community make new furniture and clothes while the game developers focus more time on more important things like the gameplay, bugfixes and backend technology
new human editor background looks nice ❤
I cannot wait to get my hands on this game, and the modding is a huge part of it. It may be in the works in the background, but I do hope we can import custom models and custom textures. Like that denim skirt is cool, but what if I want it in leather? Keep up the amazing work, love seeing these videos!
I already know I'll put thousands of hours into this game, wow ❤️
One really important aspect of modding that has not really been brought up so far, is the ability to add custom animations in to the game.
If adding animations in to the game ends up not really being possible, it would really hamper the ability to make custom interactions and objects. Like couches with different heights as an example.
Another thing that would be great to have is the ability to decide from where items are available. as an example: clothes that are not available to for purchase in stores but are only obtainable as quest rewards.
They said the game is FULLY moddable so I hope they keep their promise. We need custom animations too
I think that would fall under the Custom Gameplay category, and in the Create menu you could see animations being one of the categories available for modding.
So I imagine that’s where you can not only edit existing animations to some degree (probably mainly how they are used and triggered), but also where you’re able to add wholly bespoke animations made from scratch outside of the game. Which is why it probably falls under Custom Gameplay, as it’d require both familiarity with external animation software, but also some Unity knowhow to implement them and make sure they work as intended).
@@smachdos1593 i really hope they do. But Paradox also published Crusader kings 3, and despite their promises of great modability, they ended up killing their own moding community.
As for city skylines 2? Their moding community doesn´t seem to be off so much better.
The animation moddability is something I have been asking about but haven't received any kind of response.
But now with the promise in this video of "the third category" of modding, I think that's what we've been looking for.
The reason I've been explicitly asking about this is because the normal animation pipeline wouldn't work for this game, because like you mentioned different heights are difficult to solve with that system.
They are using what they call "procedural animations" which is basically Inverse Kinematics skeleton rigging. This allows characters of different heights/body proportions to connect their hands for a handshake without it looking awkward, likewise sitting on a couch or grabbing an object on a counter.
This means that we need to somehow use the actual system they have in place to create animations or they wouldn't work. For example, with IK rigging you typically use a "target" that the skeleton tries to "reach" procedurally - move the target to the item you want to touch or where you want your leg to step. With this you can create dynamic animations that can be controlled by code! However, a normal animation created in blender for example is completely self contained and as far as I understand couldn't interact with the game in this way.
If this doesn't make sense I would be happy to be corrected!
Anyways, if they do grant us access to this system in Unity that would solve all those problems as we could use the same system that they used to create their own animations!
@@98Zai ok now im really worried, i know modders have really struggled with height in most games, and with what you just said ,im now pretty shure that they can´t transfer there skills.
Is there a way for us to import new clothes? Because some of the options being shown are kinda ugly?
God i hope some people can mod body types and we can download them. Right now all the females in this game is giving me "Abby" from last of us o.0
Another extremely important function of all this is that all future games released after LBY now will be set to a higher standard.
You will transform modding forever.
Oh my gosh I didn't even think of that! The implications here are amazing!!!
The modding so far is awesome! As there's an encouragement for players to mod, pleaseeeee make us able to add voices to the characters/vocal dialogue that isnt just sound effects (if its definite that they wont talk in the base game ).
Its one of the things that I loved about the sims, how you could hear them talk and how expressive they were emotionally.
With Ai voice modding ai voices could be a whole subsection of modding so long as they allow the feature
@@ChosenSquirrel im really hoping they do that. Would be a missed opportunity if not. The characters having no voices/limited human expression is the only thing irking me about the game.
Like it would be amazing for people to have the opportunity to add in their own “gibberish”voices, outside of ai too. I dont think it would be hard, so long as voices are coded to be linked to emotions/conversation dialogs.
@@xmissyangelzx I remember how squealy i got when i realized that i could change the pitch of the voice in sims 3.
@@citrusbutter7718 i loved that too xD
Thank you guys for giving us tools to create our own content for the game ❤❤❤ Can't wait to try it out
Would love to see a confirmation button (maybe toggle-able in settings for those that don't want it) for deleting mods! Since the green & orange buttons are so close, I can easily see a misclick happening for me.
Nice catch... I would very likely have the same issue. Thank you for suggesting this! :)
Can we import our own textures for the clothing?
Feedback for character base/mannequin: the hand should a little bigger.
its too far back, that may be the issue. There are so many people that are amazing at designing characters proportionally, not sure why they haven't reached out to any for feedback or to help create theirs. Other than the characters not looking that good (although this is a major drawback for me) I'm excited about all the features in the game I have seen t date
I also want to say that the textures on the clothing is absolutely gorgeous! The denim looks like real denim even when you change the color. If this is the trade off to not be able to change textures on a whim for clothing, then that's very much okay with me.
Cant wait for the discord !!!
First lmao
Same!! I’ve been checking my email everyday 😂 I can’t wait to play this game it looks awesome
Will there be an option to fully go into modding like making sliders to make the skirt more shorter or longer or add stuff to the skirt like belts ruffles to any outfit?
i was wondering this as well.
That would be epic! If they could make it work...
@serenitycox217 I know right it would be so amazing cause then everyone outfits will look different
ngl im really excited to start creating my own mods. Now what if we did not want to override an existing item but create an entirely new clothing mesh? How could we add that to the game?
9 more modding videos to come hopefully that will be explained.
For immersion purposes, I'm excited that you can purchase clothing, instead of just having everything immediately available to you from any wardrobe like in that other game.
I'm most excited about the modding potential, but I'm surprised to hear we'll need to use Unity to create custom gameplay. I was under the impression that there would be some kind of editor for that built in. I'm not scared away yet though. I look forward to seeing what the possibilities are.
I think the unity inclusion is nothing but a boon for us. They made bespoke applications for the most simple modifications, but to make such an effort for anything more complex would be a waste of time when they can just expose the literal tools they use. Usually you make your own tools within unity to make stuff easier, this is what we're granted access to!
Also, I've seen that they have a node-based programming interface built into the game too, so you could still make pretty advanced functions without getting Unity. Maybe just not add new objects or clothing or modify animations!
Having to purchase in the clothing stores is so nice there not even a reason to use stores in that other game since everything unlocked. I like how each clothing rack sells different items pants on one shirts on another and shoes on the shelfing.
@@lance9249 Yeah! Now we only really need to get a shopping basked and a store clerk to check out our items and I'll be so happy about the shopping experience! Also, it would allow us to steal stuff if you could potentially leave the store before paying 😂
Changing the colors of the clothes and furniture is going to take so much of my time. 😂 But, the main thing I'm looking forward to is adding in dialogue options.
Very exciting. I will love customizing my game -- and love the imaginative/creative endeavors of others. Will the addition of patterns be supported in early access? I can hardly wait!
Love you guys for making this part of the game, the enrichment we'll have will be great! 😍🥰
Can you show us a big house with 100+ rooms?? All I ve seen is small houses with 2 - 3 rooms xd
I know this isn't about modding but I really hope that the town is more populated when its released. Everywhere is so empty, it bothers me.
I mean, it's a small town. Looks pretty realistic to me! Though I wouldn't mind more people milling about.. it would look unnatural to have crowds on the streets though. It's probably down to the time of day, when people goto/leave work there'll be more people driving around. In the evenings on weekends there might be plenty of them with tourists coming in.
An actual played game where you set characters to work and fill the world with more houses full of people the world will be busier. As it is now they have a small set number of houses with a few characters each with the only other population being the characters coming in on the buses who stay in the hotels.
I’m looking forward to learning how to change the textures of clothes. I wanted to make t-shirts and hoodies with pictures of my Chihuahua and cat on them. I’m not an experienced modder so that seems like a good place to get started.
I’m happy to see that the color wheel and the add presets option is also available directly in game to make it easier to customize item’s colors. It could be cool to add a randomize color option also :)
Great video, really clear instruction! Really like Willem's energy here. Looking forward to the rest of this 10-part series.
Things that stuck out to me in this video:
In the opening footage, our you-man literally just throws that bike on the ground in front of a huge bush spilling onto the road and then walks right through it. Will there be a little bit more object collision AI implemented into the game? Will there be bike rack objects we can add to the lots for them to park their bikes at? Or even in town edit mode?
The male character model looks great, the female base character model still looks really off.
She is weirdly hunched, like she's in a half squat with her arms bent at a weird angle and her butt sticking out, the shoulders are still too far back, hands dont go down the thigh enough and seem too small. I KNOW you have sliders for everything but if this is the base model, it still needs work.
Thanks for listening LBY team x
That denim skirt looks nice! Doesn't look bad quality and weird like sims 4 haha I can't wait to play this game.
Cant wait to see the next part of this
I love Williams energy!
Can I create a new version rather than override?
This is so amazing 🤩 I am so excited for this release
I love this! I can't wait to see furniture.
Will you add an option to import/add pictures to clothes (well more so for t-shirts and tattoos) to be little decals or is this something we'd have to mod outside of the game? Could you also explain what 'supports custom placement' mean?
I am excited to have complete freedom to design everything the way I want with no restrictions
whatsoever.
Hi! Will there be some kind of analogue of moodlets, wants and fears, memories in the game? So far, I haven't seen that on video, so I want to clarify. I'm really looking forward to some kind of similar system!
Ohhh please give us a demo with the creator! I want to build all buildings and when the game is released, I just need to place all of them in the neighborhoods! Please please! ❤
That would be freaking awesome! But honestly I don't mind just waiting for early access... As long as they don't delay it again lol
For my better understanding, what’s the difference between “modding” a new color preset for clothing through the Create menu vs. creating a new color preset directly when buying at the store ?
You could export this preset as a mod and give it to other people.
I'm guessing that, by modding in a preset, randomly-generated youmans will be able to use it automatically. Hopefully we will be able to mod in the removal of certain presets, allowing for a coherent look amongst townies e.g. clothing being a bit more dull if working on a post-apoc world.
@@Astolat. Yes, that's what I think too. If you change the preset at "the store" you only change this particular article of clothing, which wouldn't affect the clothing that other characters randomly wear. This is good cause you might not want your special color scheme to be worn by random people!
@@Astolat. Also that's an awesome use case for this, to manipulate the look of the entire population!
I can see why this game was delayed twice, so much time was needed to add things. Looking forward to June!
For me building a character it's also very important. I would love to see some advanced tools for that as well since I'd like to be able to create most of the celebrities out there or characters from different tv series, movies ,etc.
Apart from the tutorial about modifying an outfit, it was very interesting for me to see that bike riders are now riding on the edge of roads, instead of in the middle of them, in LBY. That is so much better, in my opinion!!! I do not want my bike riders blocking traffic or being run over by cars or, like in the video, large buses coming behind them. Well done!
Can roads be edited to have bike or bus lanes? I am going to keep watching these videos because I am very interested in how customizable the roads and the world is. I want to be able to create a car-less world or town from another era.
Thanks!
I was hoping to see something more related to models when it came to 'modding', or something more dynamic with adjusting the clothing in relation to other clothing, or maybe some tweaks of fabric/texture.
A color selector with 3 layers seems just... what is already expected.
At the store having a pop up menu showing the things available on a rack (like sims 2) would be more immersive, if you cant do an animation of like shifting through the items.
I really liked this video and I'm looking forward to more videos about the game's modding abilities. Also, I know this game is still in beta, but I'm looking forward to a polished UI.
So excited about customizing the world 😍
love it!
Maybe I missed it but have the devs explained what "clothing progression" is yet? Super interested to know what that means!
@@98Zai if that is what it's about that is super exciting to me :)
Can hardly wait to find out
Ok, so I looked it up. Rod talks about clothing progression in the video titled "LBY | Let's Talk Gameplay Update with Rod!" at 2:10 timestamp.
While he shows that progression for washing machines is a level/tier system where each tier has different gameplay features such as reliability or dish capacity, for clothing it seems to entirely deal with pricing. So a higher tier article of clothing is going to be more expensive. It's basically a way to sort clothing. That said, you can still mod clothing using the progression system if you wanted to give them different gameplay features like skill bonuses or what have you :) But this would globally affect all items in this tier.
@@98Zai thanks for finding that information for us :)
Still pretty cool, but not as much as your previous speculations lol
@@serenitycox217 Yeah I'm sorry I'm debating removing that comment to avoid confusion! I find it funny that I still remembered some of it even though I just watched that arguably pretty boring video once 7 months ago :P
I loved sim 3 due to being able to customize anything you wanted fairly easily. You could truly make each room unique. I hope to be able to dabble and create some neat looks. How is the memory aspect for the computers going to be? Sims 3, the more you changed things the more glitchy and problematic everything became. Have you all been able to keep things stable?
Getting to work on homework assignment pronto.
Wondering if there will be a design art section in the discord
The skirt buttons are so shiny!!!
Thank you for making this series.
I think this is the winning aspect of the game, I have tons of Ideas of how I want to mod the game. Though most of my ideas involve gameplay changes as I am not much of an artist.
The characters walk with bent knees which look a bit like a t-rex and their arms and hands are way too short.
So this is about customisation of clothes? Sorry if im being disrespectful but this isn't modding to me, its just changing the colours. Will there be different textures or patterns we can use? Can we actually create our own cc to upload to the game? So many questions.
Indeed!
I'm so excited for this game! Can't wait!
I truly don't enjoy being a party pooper, but how is this 'modding' different from using the 'add preset' button visible in the UI at 11:20? Are presets made through the mod tools shareable through steam workshop while presets made in-game are not? Or maybe presets made in the mod tool are available in all LBY towns, whereas presets made in-game are not? Does this mean that if I happen to make a great outfit in-game, I cannot share it easily? And is it correct that you cannot upload your own custom 3D model for entirely new clothes in the mod-tool? In truth, the latter was kind of what I was expecting/hoping for when opening this video.
Yeah, I think this video brought up more questions than answers. We really need some of this cleared up...
I think the change made through the modding tool will be sharable, but when made in the game it's only for your game, or maybe just for that single piece of clothing - which will mean that no other characters in the game will randomly wear that color combo, which is good cause you might not want a random character wearing your modified neon-rave pants with a normal top.
I suspect uploading will be touched upon in future videos, I can almost promise you that you will be able to create new clothing in a 3D design program and import it.
@@98Zai I don't doubt truly adding custom clothes will be possible. But I'm increasingly frustrated with the poor marketing for this game. Calling 'adding a preset' 'modding' sends the wrong signal alltogether, and it raises too many new questions. Questions the video doesn't address. Again.
@@bootedbuilds Well, I think that's just semantics. They use the word "customizing" in the title, but in the end he does produce a modification to the vanilla game. It doesn't make any sense to market the game too heavily right now, it's nowhere near final release.
I hope you add Dungeons & dragons / medieval fantasy expansions. Or at least attract some good D&D modders to your game so they strart creating good D&D mods. And also Star Wars modders, this will attract millions of players to your game.
Los felicito por el gran trabajo que estan realizando! Seria muy bueno que incorporaran deportes al juego! Todo tipos de deportes!! Eso da mucho realismo y entretenimiento!!! Muchas gracias!
aaaaaaaaaaa I can't wait to try this game out! I'm gonna spend so much time in the modding tab xD
Can you show us a big house with 100+ rooms??
Sweet! See both of the fem clothing for the male body frame and knowing there's macs clothing for female body frame is a huge plus for me. (:
Will we be able to change model/shape of items or for now just colors and textures?
I wish we did not have to wait a whole week for another video, so hyped.😅
I can't wait for the World Editing video.
Epic wow Love this
will you be able to actually import clothing meshes into the game?
Nice! I thought there was no video this week 😅
I assume they meant showing off the work that being done prior early access. I can't imagine 10 weeks of only mod videos no way are we not getting game play/character art improvements updates which is every other week.
Hi William. Will we have the ability to import our own textures into the game?
I would like to know that too
I was hoping for this too! Would also love to export/import meshes.
It's actually hard for me to watch those because it sets my hype level way too high compared to what my patience can handle lol. I precommanded the game and I can't wait to play it!
Just in case you didn't know... All of the preorders had been cancelled because of the delay for early access. The new early access release date is scheduled for June 4th 2024. Which I am strongly hoping will stick this time lol 🤞
@@serenitycox217 oh crap
@@serenitycox217 thanks for letting me know. how do I preorder it again?
@@digammaf7060 There won't be another pre-order. The pre-order bonuses are now included for everyone.
@@98Zai yes thank you for adding that. I forgot
Wait... is there any way to like, export the textures and meshes and edit them in external programs ourselves? Or within the program - like for example editing the sleeves of existing clothing or something.
I saw no buttons for that. I'm a regular Sims 4 Studio user, so I have a bit of experience with basic Sims 4 modding. Making texture edits, mesh edits, etc...
This just seemed like making a set of recolor presets...? I really hope I'm missing something. I really love that the modding tools are a part of the core game rather than being a third party program, but I'm not sure if I'll have all the tools I need to make exactly what I want.
😂 I can't mod at all and I'll be honest Im just too lazy. But I love CC and Mods I appreciate all you modders and creators, especially in the Sims community for holding it down. Can't wait to see what make with this!
I’m kinda hoping that LBY is going to be like how Project Zomboid operates with updates and with the modding community. I love the PZ Workshop and how easy it is to add mods directly from Steam by subscribing and enabling/disabling inside the game. I also love how PZ just does major updates over the years as it is still (and likely always will be) early access, adding more features. I thoroughly enjoy not being nickelled and dimed to death, I don’t tend to buy games with a tendency for creating pricey add-ons to keep it fresh (or functional 😒)
I think that is just the standard implementation if you want to use the steam workshop? But I actually haven't modded another steam game so I'm just assuming. They show that you just untick the mod in that first menu if you don't want to use it, very similar to PZ. Timestamp 3:00
PZ now has a roadmap towards 1.0 and I don't think it will be very long until they finish the game. (in PZ timeframe it could still be a few years though LOL) They added A LOT of things since I bought the game in 2013 for $5, so much value for the money! :) But after NPC's (or did they switch that around?) they're finished - and I'm terribly excited about their next project!
I don't expect LBY to be in EA for 10 years, but probably over a year at least. But they said they will continue to add content after full release too, whether that will be in the form of paid DLC or free updates is not clear.
Just AWESOME 😍 I can’t wait !!
I’m so excited for June 4 and to play and I will be fine hall access on the first day guys thank you guys for everything big fan I have cerebral palsy
Can you upload something that you designed or only edit what's already there?
I notice the "new game" button on the home screen immediately launches you into the character creator. Why is that? This assumes that the player wants to start off by creating their own character. I hope there is a way to change that. I would want the new game to load the world.
I think a choice would be excellent here...
New Game:
1.) Enter World
2.) Create a character
3.) Building options
4?) Modding Tools?
Same.
This is absolutely amazing!!!
if you guys could get the entire game to look like how the character looked when she was changing clothes that would be great also the arms are weird again/still (I feel like they werent as bad in the last few videos??) anyways looking forward to this series
I think each "group" working on stuff are using different builds of the game, and then merge them later. This is so that people working on modding don't have to put up with random bugs that someone else created while working on animations. I also notice a framerate difference in this build.
Willem making a purple outfit this guy knows how to keep his boss happy.
