Bran is definitely the Night King. He gave Arya the dagger to kill a decoy Night King to give an impression that the Long Night is over. But when the Night King touched Bran he transferred his consciousness to him. The Night King currently sits atop the iron throne. And Jon Snow (Aegon Targaryen) must unite the kingdoms to face the Night King.
This is such a compelling theory. Based on your theory I'm thinking that when Jon plunged the dagger (a piece of 'the Lightbearer') into Dany's heart he was fulfilling the prophecy (like when Azor Ahai plunged the dagger into his wife.) I have a theory that we will see Jon light use this dagger (now imbued with magic from Jon's sacrifice, aka Dany's blood) to defeat the darkness in the upcoming sequel show. I can't wait to see what is to come ❤️☺️
interesting theory.... except Catspaw isnt the dagger Jon used to Kill Daeneyrs he used a regular still dagger that looked no where near like Catspaw for one to confuse the two.
Hmmmm... The necklace that Melisandre🔥 wore in G.O.T. had a beautiful red ♦️jeweI.. I wonder if there is any connection between the jewels in the knife and the that jewel in her choker. It's when she took that necklace off, she would turn into her REAL self...a very VERY old woman... or was she The Crone? So many mysteries..
What does the nice and longclaw have some sort of weird connection in fact what if the flame for light bringer itself was not a red sword but rather blue
Read the books ruby’s are used to perform magic and glimmer someone or something to look the way u want them to see they do this a few times in the book and mention it a couple other times and the Targaryens decorated their weapons and armor with ruby’s like reahgars armor and aegons crown
There is the scene of where Melisandre was bathing while tqlking with Selyse Baratheon and if you notice, she's not wearing that said necklace, and yet she's not turned to old figure.
In the TV series, I don't understand how Jon's ability to ride a dragon didn't make a bigger impact. Daenerys may not have truly understood because she was raised apart from her heritage, but Varys should have been shook when he saw Jon riding on Rhaegal. Tyrion should have also been suspicious.
Your theory on the Cat Paw dagger is interesting and thought provoking. If it turns out to be true, the dagger has been passed around a lot over thousands of years.
Love you 3 eyed raven. !!! I love this channel and I always am looking forward to new videos. You're also great at what you do I have learned so many new things just by watching your Channel keep them coming
Nissa Nissa may have been a Singer of the Songs, a Child of the Forest. Which lends a another and different view to the Song of Ice and Fire. As it kills ice beings and it's creator wasn't just the man who forged it but the female that knew she had to die for it, keep her soul in it, and protect her people and all types of life.
If the Snow series does not pick up on this theory then all is lost Since it is featured in House of the Dragon then they have to follow up on it I think... Th Prince that was promised prophecy has to be explained and wrapped up.
That dagger was reduced to just being another valerian blade when the writers of season 8 got ahold of it. Prophecy and dagger both flushed down the toilet
@@Chicken_witchI think that’s more believable. I saw a theory someone posted saying that since Bran has the mark of the night king he now possesses the night king’s consciousness. I wouldn’t count out Bran being revealed as the three eyed raven but also the heir-apparent to the night king as well
Interesting how a common assassin was given the same dagger to kill a boy, when any sharp blade would’ve done the job. Perhaps a subtle indicator to bran being the third eye raven
JON'S JOB WAS TO KILL DAENERYS BECAUSE NO ONE COULD GET THAT CLOSE TO HER WITHOUT HER BEING PROTECTED. JON WAS ABLE TO DO IT BECAUSE HE WAS HALF TARGARYEN. ARYA WAS TRAINED TO DO IT THAT IS WHY BRAN AKA THE 3 EYE RAVEN GAVE HER THE DAGGER
Those red rubies play a big part in this world. It was said that during the battle of the Trident , Rhaegar wore those rubies on his armor , and therefore it may not have even been Rhaegar who Robert killed that day. I forget exactly what they called it that when wearing those rubies it would change your appearance. The rubies were called glamours
And yet, ya missed interpratory information about how the Valerian steel dagger also cuts his own throat. "What goes around, comes around", comes from scenes intentionally "Placed" (to guide subliminal/subconscious driving thoughts). Interesting how you conveniently left that chronological fact out. Especially when considering this video is supposed to be specifically about the Dagger lineage. That said, I really enjoyed this video and used it for a chance to, "verify" so to say, what points I'd already arrived at. Because, if I'm not the only one "individually & independently" thinking this then it means I'm not Alone or "Crazy/&or" Alone.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the Valerians came after the first long night! So this dagger wasn't created during the long night. At least it's not known as of yet for what I remember!
Why does the SOIAF need to be a secret between the Targaryens. Wouldn’t it be more sensible to reveal the song to the realm, in order to unite them all against their common enemy.
His theory is that the dagger is but a piece of the sword Light-Bringer not that this is the whole sword in it's entirety. The piece of the sword was reforged into the dagger with the message having been added by the pyromancers at Aegons request. It's a good theory but who knows if they will ever make that connection in the books. Only time will tell.
@@JiggyHimmins well thankyou kind Sir. I did not know any of that😂 I just thought that if it isn't 4 feet long, it's a knife. YOU definitely know more about this than I, so I shall thank you and get back to reading the comments.
It's noticeable that the dagger was made with 3 beautiful Carnelian stones on the handle of this knife. It is shown many times in the H.O.D. it's odd that we keep seeing it with No stones missing 1 stone missing and All 3 missing. I'd like to know if these are just bloopers.. Yes but the necklace around Melisandre's neck glowed brightly, and was magical enough that when she took it off, she was revealed her true aged self.

Pretty sure Jon Snow was meant to kill the Night King with it and not Arya. Since he's most likely the prince that was promised etc etc.
Or the ķnight ki g isn't co pretty dead

Light Bringer! Even Mellissandre says it in the video!

Azor Ahai’s sword is Lightbringer not Lightbearer!
Imagine if their were 10 daggers that come together to form the dragon sword once melted down and reforged
The long knight is an event that happens every 1000 years etc I think regardless ,and it was berricks blood that ignited his sword to flame 🔥
Makes sense but Jon Aka Aegon Aka Ice and Fire should have driven the dagger into the night king!

There was some seven generations of Targaryen’s before Aegon was born
The dagger has a “ring” of Sauron feel to it it seems to make some people do wicked things
Wow u really pulled me more into the world of got and hotd ...
Yea it’s interesting that in the books the jewels on rings and other items seems to correspond with certain events

I was curious who won the POPS goT figurine contest that was supposedto be revealedthe end of November?? I never heard anything about who won
Lightbringer
The old story are sometimes translated wrong...... prince that was promised etc... maybe the same thing with sword and dagger.
The dagger is what's left after the 1st attempt

I was hoping the night king would have been destroyed by Jon instead of Arya. I love Arya, too, but it seemed more fitting that Jon would be the one.

I’ve always called that dagger , cats claw . Lmfao damn
Sacrificing (Killing) loved one to create a dagger!! Sounds like black magic....
And the writers were like nope not important
Maybe it's a piece of one of the broken ones, and the sword is still whole
Catelyn stark believed littlefinger the 2nd biggest cutthroat in the show?
Everyone knows it's the conquerors knife.
The dagger isn’t the Cat’s Paw. The cat’s paw is the assassin. 🤦♂️ That’s why it is the cat’s paw dagger because the cat’s paw wielded it.
Or is it because it injured catlyns hand i.e cats paw when the assassin attacked
@@robertcole6276 I think I’ll go with what the author said it was. It’s what he intended. But that is a great catch.
