Commanders can be put into the command zone after they are sent to a non-battlefield zone. This doesn't replace them being put there so it does count for cards that care about dying or exiling or whatnot. It's similar to how tokens work in that they do go to the other zones before being removed from the game as a state based action.
I was just wondering if Grave Pact could be good to put in? Send your creatures to attack face and if they are blocked and die the opponent sacs their creatures and you get more rats. Could be good board control.
Never heard of this card but going to give it a try! It is so funny that you were talking about the card Fell. It is the one Bloomburrow card I have bought in paper so far. I consider it a black staple. Yes sorcery speed sucks but most of my other removal is instant and this one has no drawbacks. I can’t count the number of times Power Word Kill has messed me up because of the creature type.
Dictate of erebos immediately, just sacrifice some skeletons and bring them back to clear your opponents board and make large powerful rat armies. And there’s even better sac engines than skeletons

@@traemaxwell yeah don't see why not! Maybe even make it more of an enchantment build with extra support 🙂

@@Johnaroth yeah Fell marks the end of risk vs reward tbh, sad really.
