I looked at your deck and it doesn't have Arena of Glory. Seriously run it! I play it in my Alesha deck and it always feels like the best card in the deck.

Alesha and discard cards like Kroxa can cripple an opponent. That Narset deck was trash.

Rakdos aggro goes hard. Too bad we don't have Exava in Arena, they would compliment each other well. Also, Rakdos ramping in the second game was pretty hilarious.

He’s drawing his entire deck with infinite mana…. Just scoop… even if he doesn’t have a real wincon in his deck anymore he has so much value and card advantage from his combo too the point he’s going too control you out and win the game with whatever creatures he has on his field, even if he needs to discard all he needs too do is hold onto 7 control pieces and just sit and stop you from doing anything til he wins with combat damage

Timer is based on game actions, if you do different game actions the timer doesn't go. Its not like tournament or mtgo where youre limited to 40 minutes or whatever. Casting mox,targeting tef, tapping mox, using tefs minus are all different game actions and so presuming he has a win con he can keep going. You should just concede and presume he has the win, he might not but like... 20 minutes is 20 minutes lol. If it were mtgo id say let him run his clock but rn yall are just wasting time. Either he has it and you should concede or he doesnt and he should concede but it's all a black box so...

I've played that stupid Imoti deck too. It is so boring and lazy but if you have anything to stop the vortex, they quit on the spot because it is lame.

I'm surprised you didn't run Simulacrum Synthesizer in the deck. That card is borderline a secret commander within the deck and generates so much early game threat if you build the deck to be heavy with artifact synergy.

Damn. I've only faced that Imoti deck once without even realizing it was a combo. Now I know why they quit when I destroyed the enchantment. Good games either way man 👍

A very important lesson to learn from that glass cannon Imoti deck is that they cannot run anything that costs 4 mana or less. You were clearly playing around Wash Away by not casting Purphroros would you would have killed them. I don't blame you though, I think all of us have been permanently scarred by Wash Away blowouts.

Yeah, that last Imoti deck, just as you explained. Wouldn't last much in multiplayer, would it ? A single exile effect, or removal, and the whole shenanigan falls appart. (chaning comment, you explained it better anyways )

It gets worse. YOUR timer can be run down on the OPPONENT'S turn. I've played many games where players who create several tokens, such as with Myrel, can win the game by simply attacking with those tokens or buffing them and the game makes your timer go down while processing the information. I've lost so many games that way, it's disgusting.

Jesus dude. You’re a trooper for watching the whole thing. I’d have dipped. Usually when I show a loop of infinite turns people scoop. I’ll figure out how to win later. First step is always infinite turns. Paradox+tome is a nasty combo that works very well with Magistrate Scepter and mana rocks.

The timer won't show up if you keep taking actions. It only counts the time that you aren't doing anything for it to appear. That's an easy loop to do without much down time, so it does make sense, although very annoying. If you don't want to sit through these combos, you can always concede
