But i encountered solution that if anyone formats and deletes ubuntu drive from windows system and if above commands dont work for them then all they have to do is boot system with ubuntu bootable usb and after login they need to run boot repair. It absolutely works.

Thank you for this excellent video, EasyTechs. I used the first method, and it did take me back to the familiar GRUB page (with Ubuntu, Memory test and Windows) BUT it's an old version of Windows. I've been using Windows 10 on my 32-bit pc for a couple of years now, but Windows 7 has appeared on the GRUB page. What do I do? Thanks!
@@syedsuhail9266 So you need to make a bootable usb with Win10. (works for any windows) then launch command prompt and fix mbr as shown in the video (2nd method). Then, download easy bcd and remove the linux entry. Download registry cleanup and fix the registry. Your pc goes back to normal

The easiest way to find out which one, is "ls (hd0, msdosx) (where x is is the number) followed by a forward slash. Something like this, "ls (hd0, msdos2)/" (without the quotes). I hope this will help someone. Another detail, this method does not fix the grub it's temporary, in some distros, when you reboot, you're faced with the same problem again. Because the Grub has not been created yet.

@@Viktor007 well, the thing that happened with me was that i wanted to delite linux but i didn't know that my windows was installed on the linux or something, so when i delited the linux then it is possible that i also delited the windows.
Did you try manually booting into windows using Boot menu? Press F12(depends on your model) when booting and select windows boot manager. This will boot to windows. Then to fix it follow the second part of the video except that you don't have to install windows in persistence usb.
