I have the small Le Creuset Sauce Pan with the wooden handel and pouring spout. I bought it new in 1982. I would love a Sheeter. That is one thing I want for Flakey Bisquits.

I just thought about the wringer washer my grandmother had. What ifâ€Ķâ€Ķsomeone designed a mixer and sheeter combo like that? Pizza hut used an electric unit. We kept the dough in a very large white plastic trash can next to it.

You only have to do the roll out and fold three separate times to make puff pastry. The folding gives you all the layers. With that machine it would be very easy.
Watch The Joy of Baking to get the idea on how to layer and chill.
Don’t make it sound so hard.
    It’s not-particularly with that machine.
