Nicole isn't kidding about the time savings as well as the ease of use for folks with mobility issues! I have the 12 inch version and it's been a complete game changer. I have a bad back & and neck so rolling dough was a true labor of love because of the paininvolved, but now I can roll out dough with ease. I've used my dough sheeter for so many things & can't imagine ever going back.
I keep saying to my husband that I want one, but I’m going to have to wait until my birthday in October or Christmas. I too have a bad back and just had my second knee replaced so any help with mobility is greatly appreciated! Are you going to be taking the class? I had so much fun with the first class that I’m looking forward to the next one
@lisaanderson135 mine was a Christmas surprise! We don't usually do gifts for each other so I was *very* surprised! I'm taking the class too & can't wait!
For real! I waited so many years before I finally invested in one. Took me a while, the smaller model seems to be a great option if you’re doing smaller batches and fondant
My first attempt was plain and my second was Momofuku Cubano Croissants...seriously that pickle butter was insane. I will have to get a sheeter before I ever make them again!! But that pickle butter...
I’m deathly gonna purchase this for our small bakery because we need it. I wrote everything by hand. We do have another cheater that I bought off of Etsy but it’s just big and heavy.

Yes thank you Amy for your insight too! It’s truly awesome to hear you’re not limited with this sheeter! 🙌🏼 so happy you got it for Christmas!
@@lisaanderson135yes she’s taking it again too! 🎉

Nicole...they look outrageous!! I only made them two times by hand and I am still suffering.
They are a lot of work for sure! But they were worth it, right?! 😂
super demo
Those are beautiful ❤️
I wish I had a dough sheeter! But I guess I need to work up to that 😂.
It sounds like you’re doing a good job troubleshooting your way to excellence!!
So excited for your April lamination dough class. I see beautiful colored croissants in my future. 😊
I want a sheeter so badly. I do laminated doughs and work with fondant and it would be so awesome to have the sheeter for that. Man, I wish.

Ooo I’ll have to check hers out! I wonder if it’s in my Milk Bar cook book

I bought my sheeter after your TH-cam video 30 minutes after and I love it
Hey,Nicole. Can you share what kind of flour do you use to make the croissant dough?
Where did you get that perfect rolling pin?
Thanks
